As soon as Enzo started repeating "it's okay" to her, thats when she lost it with the tears. Every so often she would wail, then sniff, the wail some more. "Enzo...I..I don't know what to do. I mean..." she continued sniffling, not really sure what she was trying to say, she just wanted all this drama and sadness to go away already.

"There was nothing you could've done." He assured her, still rubbing her back assuredly. He knew he had to be strong for her, luckily right now the fact it all felt like a dream made it easier for him to be as such.

Lindsey continued to sob. It took her probably a good five or ten minutes before she finally calmed down fully before she was able to say, "I just...I just wanna go home." Even if she forgot her car was still at the mall, she would come get it later. All she wanted to do, was to go home and hopefully sleep it off. "Please. I just wanna go home, now."

Enzo nodded, slowly letting her go and starting the car. "Do you want me to stay with you tonight?" He asked her as he pulled out and headed toward her home, still worried about her.

"Um.." Lindsey curled her feet up on the seat while she thought about it. "Can you?" as she looked up at him still with teary eyes. "I don't feel like being completely alone...not now anyway." she explained softly.

Enzo nodded. "I can text Ame and Perrin and tell them I won't be home, it's okay." He assured her. He had to keep his eyes on the road, but he kept one hand in hers, squeezing it every so often for comfort.

Lindsey gave a simple nod, smiling softly at him as she whispered a little later, "I love you, Enzo." and she gazed back out the window until they made it back on her street. Luckily he knew where she lived now, because right now she was not in the mood for giving directions.

Enzo smiled softly, "I love you too, Lindsey." He told her caringly. All too soon they were at her house, and he pulled into the driveway. He turned off the car and got out to let Lindsey out.

When they got to her apartment then, Lindsey gave a light smile, just grateful to be home again. She unbuckled herself, and let herself out with Enzo's help to lean on as they got up to her door. She fumbled for her keys for a moment before finding them at last and opened the door for them, and even though she was leaning on him, she still managed to lead them to her room.

Enzo waited until she was safely on her bed before texting his brothers, sitting down on the edge of the bed nearest Lindsey. Won't be home tonight. He told them simply before looking to Lindsey. He was about to say something when he felt his phone vibrate. Don't be a slut. Ame had replied back. Enzo sighed, texting a quick speak for yourself before putting his phone back in his pocket and returning his gaze to Lindsey. He felt his phone vibrate again, but he knew Ame would fight this battle all night if given the chance. "Do you need anything?" He asked Lindsey, deciding to ignore his phone for now.

Lindsey plopped on her bed, curling up underneath the blankets as Enzo did his texts to his brothers. She had her eyes closed for a while, already feeling better when Enzo asked her if she needed anything. "Mm...pudding. Chocolate pudding. I, um...don't think I have any though..." she mumbled through the sheets.

Enzo thought a moment, kind of... unsure about this. "Do you... want me to get you some?" He offered, raising an eyebrow curiously. This was already boding well...

Lindsey nodded. "I'm really in the mood for some. Like, I'm craving some, Enzo...." she said again, this time in more of a sleepy whine. "Can you get me some, now?"

Enzo smiled at Lindsey weakly. "Of course, just give me a little bit of time..." He told her simply. "You'll be okay alone?" He confirmed one last time from the door way of the bedroom.

"Yeah. I'll be fine. I'm sleepy anyway..." she told him, her eyes now fully closed, as she slowly started falling asleep before Enzo could even leave the room, leaving him with just tiny little snores signaling that she was now completely asleep.
