The Riverside Titans have won again!

[Alisha]

Liam grins as the crowd roars with excitement. The team has won once again, leading te Titans into the championship games. He holds the ball up high, and the noise goes up another octave. He hands the game ball to the runningback who made the game winning touchdown, patting him on the back. Later, he emerges from the locker rooms, his blonde hair in it's usual disarray, to face the school milling around the field. He talks to a few of his fellow students, filled with pride over their congratulations. Liam continues to walk through the crowd, searching for Someone, a girl he can't get out of his mind. The cheerleader, Tilly.

(Just noticed that whole post is in present tense. The rest will be in past. XD)

Tilly grinned and shouted along with the other cheerleaders celebrating the win. She watches as the boy holds up the ball before handing it off to the runningback and heading to lockeroom. She wanders around smiling and talking to people, both that she knew and didn't know. She heads over and puts her pom poms with the others on the bench pulling her hair out of it's ponytail and letting it fall loose over her shoulders. She waves at her sister as one of the other girls walks to the parking lot with her and continues to slip in and out through the crowd. She grins when she spots the boy from before in the mass of people and walks towards him. "Hey, great job on the field! You guys were on fire tonight!" She told him still caught up in the excitment.

Liam grinned as the girl's face came into his line if sight. Her bubbly voice and attitude was contagious. "Thanks," He replied, "Tilly, right? I'm Liam." He held out his hand for the girl to shake. "I'm glad you enjoyed the game. The team has worked very hard this season." He waved and thanked a guy who congratulated him as he walked by. Looking back to the blonde, he noticed her long hair had been let down from the high ponytail he was used to seeing it in, it was beautiful ad he longed to run his hand through it. He couldn't help the smile that spread across his face.

Tilly nodded, still grinning, when he said her name. "Yeah, It's nice to finally meet you." She shook his hand gently noticing how warm it was. "I can tell, everyone can." She watched him wave at the guy and pushed her bangs back out of her face. "So are you guys going out to celebrate tonight?" She asked him, hoping that he would give her a reason to hang out with him more.

Liam smiled at her statement, it was always nice to hear good things about the team because they worked very hard fir their position. He nodded wit a smile, "Actually, yeah, one of my teammates is throwing a party." He told her, "Your welcome to come if you are into that kind of thing." Liam smiled at her. "Drunken happy people can get a little annoying if you don't know how to handle them." He laughed at some of the memories he had of friends at parties. "He lives over on Ashlawn Terrace."

Tilly laughed "I'll give it a try." she smiled "I'm not really into partying a lot but it sounds fun." then she thought to herself 'doing anything with him sounds fun right now.' she stiffled a giggle. Suddenly she remembered that she had come with her sister who already left and asked him "Can I catch a ride with you? I came with my sister and she left to a friends house for the night." She fold her arms.

Her agreement to come to te party caused a grin the spread across his face. He laughed, and agreed with her statement. "I know how you feel." He said while glancing around him, surprised that the field they were standing on had cleared out quickly. He hadn't even noticed. He looked down at his feet for a moment and ran his hand through his blonde locks as he looked back up to her face. "Uh, yeah, sure." He replied, his stomach flipping at the thought of arriving at the party with her. "Sounds fun." Liam smiled and gestured to the parking too their right, "My car is over over there." He said, and turned to walk in that direction, shoving his hands into the pockets of his black hoodie.

Tilly smiled and also looked around to see that the field had cleared. She watches him run his hand through his hair and bites her lip, still smiling. "Okay, great." She glanced at him before looking over at the parking lot. She unfolds her arms and follows him, pulling out her cell phone. She sends a text to her mom 'We won, going to celebrate. be back later' and slides her phone back into her pocket as they reach his car. She smiles "Nice car. So, how old are you?"

Liam smiled and ran his hand along the glossy black paint of his 2010 Dodge Charger. "I got it for my sixteenth birthday," He said as he opened her door for her. He leaned on the door as she slipped into the seat, "I turned seventeen last month. What about you?" He asked before closing her door and walking around to the drivers side. Liam settled into the seat, breathing in the sent of the leather upholstery. He glanced over at her a placed the key into the ignition, the engine purring to life. "Any boyfriends or older brothers I should be worrying about?" He asked with a smirk, pulling out of the parking lot.

Tilly smiled as he opened the door and she slid into the seat. She waited for him to go around and get in the drivers seat before answering his qeustion. "I turn seventeen in the end of June." She giggled at his new qeustion as he started the engine. "No. But maybe my younger brothers." She joked as he pulled out and headed to them party. She grinned "I'm just kidding"

He commuted that statement to memory, and made a mental note to ask her the day at another time. He smirked slightly as they stopped at a red light and turned to look at her face, "Just so you know, I'd gladly deal with your angry brothers if it meant I got to spend more time with you." Liam smiled as he focused back on the road as the light turned green. He turned on the street and slowed to a stop a few doors down from where the party was located. The street was lined with cars, and the party seemed to be in full swing already. "You ready?" He asked as he reached for the door handle, his gaze fixed upon her face.

Tilly smiled at him when he looked over at her and giggled softly at his comment. When they arrived she grinned looking at the crowd of people already at the party. She looked at him and nodded "Yeah, let's go." She got out and flipped her hair over her shoulder walking over next to him. "Wow, look at how many people are here. Are the partys always this big?" She asked him.

Liam chuckled as they walked up the steps and onto the porch, people were milling around the lawn and he could feel the citation of the music through his feet. He pushed open the front door to find that the house was packed full of buzzed teenagers, dancing to the music that played on the stereo. He looked back at Tilly and shrugged, "Yeah. Pretty much." He replied, raising his voice a little so she would be able to hear him. He surveyed the living room, which was motives into a makeshift dancefloor, and decided the kitchen was the best place to go. He turned and stepped behind Tilly, and placed his hands on her hips, and was glad for the excuse to touch her. Liam guided her through the crowd, and when they reached the less crowded kitchen he released her. "So, want anything to drink?" He asked, turning for the fridge.

Tilly followed him into the house and smiled watching everyone dance and mill about laughing at the buzzed kids stumbling around. She looked at Liam as he stepped behind her and grinned when he placed his hands on her hips and guided her to the kitchen. When he let go of her she turned to face him with a smaller, but still energetic, smile. "Yeah, they got anything with caffine in there?" She asked looking around him into the fridge when he opened it.

Liam surveyed the fridge, and spotted some soda. He held them up for her to see, after grabbing a Pepsi for himself and placing it on the countertop. "Let's see," He quipped, "Are you a Coke or Pepsi kind of girl?" He raised an eyebrow, and smirked jokingly. "Or maybe you like Dr. Pepper?" A group of girls walked into the kitchen at that moment and watched the pair standing at the fridge. He had seen them at various places, and wondered why they continued to look at him the way they did. The brunette winked at him and he looked away, back to the girl in front of him. "So what'll it be?" He asked.
