Thongchai smiled, giggling as she teased his little brother. "He's still stubborn in the house, but he's passing classes..." He explained, with a small frown and feeling like everything was a touchy subject right now, he added, "though I think it's because the teacher feels sorry for him, I hear he gets teased at school for his accent." He told Beverly.

"Aww, I'm sorry," she frowned, "I mean, I am glad he is passing his classes, but still...I would also like to know which classmates of his are teasing him." she said more sternly.

Thongchai nodded simply, "I'd like to think he can stick up for himself, but I think he's losing his confidence." He said, worried about his little brother.

Beverly nodded, still frowning with a concerned look on her face. "Maybe I could try to talk to him. You know, help him get his confidence back." she suggested, hoping to find some way to get Kasem's confidence back, as well as to keep him practicing his English around others.
