Annie smiled and nodded, then realized she was still in his lap. "Oh! Sorry!" She stood up, then held her hand out to help him up, smiling slightly as a blush appeared on her cheeks. "That is what I had planned to do...before all of....yeah." She mentally kicked herself for turning the conversation back to the baby in her stomach, resisting to face palm herself.

Ron grinned, taking her hand and standing. He didn't let go once he was up, just pulled her close to kiss her lightly. "Alright then." He began walking in a random direction, moving close to the waters edge. "You don't mind being this close to the water do you?"

Annie smiled, lacing her fingers with his and following him. "No. I don't mind the water at all." She said softly, a slight smile on her face as she laid her head on his shoulder, wrapping her other arm over her and around his arm. She closed her eyes, still smiling to herself.

Ron nodded, not saying anything in answer. He was content, just walking down the beach with his girlfriend. His pregnant girlfriend. Ron couldn't help but think about the little one that would enter the world soon. Was he even ready to be a father? He'd never thought about having kids before. Of course, he was only 15, he'd never had a reason to think about them. But now that this was happening... Are 15-year-olds allowed to have jobs? And where are we gonna stay? Will the baby have to move from house to house? Ron shook his head to rid himself of all the thoughts plaguing his mind. He would eventually drive himself crazy thinking about this. One step at a time, he sighed softly to himself. One step at a time...
Ron was so caught up in his thoughts that he didn't notice the log in his walk way. He tripped over it, catching himself just in time to not hit the ground, and sighed in relief. "I've got to watch where I'm going." he sighed, chuckling softly.

Annie sighed, closing her eyes and just listening to the waves and their scuffing footsteps. She was trying her hardest not to think about the small person that was slowly growing inside of her; every time she thought about it like that, it made her shudder and feel a bit worried. She liked to just think about what they would look like as a toddler, but she and Ron looked so much older in those fantasies. She sighed, nibbling on her lip as she just tried to figure out how to actually tell Caris and her siblings. Romi would be so angry with her.
She was so occupied with her worried that she didn't see what Ron had tripped over. She gasped and kneeled next to him. "Ron are you alright?" She heard him chuckle and that made her relax a little. She was still confused as to what he tripped over though. "Why'd you fall?"

Ron nodded, standing and then helping Annie up. "I tripped over that log there." He said, pointing to the log on the ground behind them. "I was too preoccupied with my thoughts and wasn't watching where I was going." He ran a hand through his hair, smiling a bit. "I'm fine though."

Annie nodded and stood up. She didn't have to asks what he was thinking about. "Do you want got get something to eat?" She randomly asked. She had started to feel hungry and her stomach grumbled loudly to back up her question. She blushed and hid her face with her hair.

Ron chuckled, pulling her close. He tilted her chin up, kissing her lightly before cupping her cheek and running his thumb across her red cheek. "Sure, I'm a bit hungry myself." He took her hand, smiling and kissing her again, he sure did miss doing that. "What do you wish to eat my dear?"

Annie smiled when he kissed her, giggling as she shrugged and wrapped one of her arms around his neck. "I don't know. You pick?" She kissed him again, her lips lingering for a time before pulling away and smiling. She wanted to tell him she loved him, but was afraid the words would wear out if she said them too much.

"How about pizza?" The place wasn't too far away, if he remembered right. They would be able to get food faster, and spend more time together. He wrapped his arms around her waist, holding her close as he waited for her answer.

Annie nodded. "Pizza sounds good right about now." She smiled when he held her to him, hugging him back as she laid her head on his chest. She sighed, closing her eyes for a moment or two before pulling away reluctantly. She smiled up at him. "Where do we go?"

"Hmm..." Ron gave her on last kiss before pulling away completely, taking her hand in his. "This way." He began walking in the other direction, looking around constantly so that they wouldn't get lost. He was pretty sure it was in this direction but he hadn't been there enough to be absolutely certain. "If we get lost, don't blame me."

Annie smiled when he kissed her again, following him when he told her what way to go. She watched where they were going, but she thought he knew where he was going, so she didn't really bother remembering everything. Her eyes widened slightly when he said not to blame him and she laughed. "Well then who would I blame?"

Ron shrugged, grinning. "Anyone but me." He teased, kissing her cheek lightly. He led them off the beach and onto the sidewalk, and started in the direction of the pizza place. "What type of pizza do you want?" He asked.

Annie giggled, hugging his side as she laid her head on his shoulder. "I like Pepperoni and sausage. But I could eat anything right now." She looked up at him, smiling. She was glad he was there and was so calm and so sweet and so helpful.
