Arielle simply nodded in agreement, she didn't quite understand what he was saying but Brooklyn seemed excited about it. "After the monkey's we should probably go eat. We haven't eaten anything all day." Naomi suggested lightly, pulling the blanket above Matt's face and turning to the other three.

"Oo! Yeah daddy, I hungry." Brooklyn whined, giving her daddy the puppy dog pout while rubbing her stomach hungrily. "Alright, sweetheart. We'll grab some food after seeing the monkey's." David agreed, letting his daughter pull on his pant leg as she led everyone to the monkey cage next.

"Hungy!" Ari piped up, not really knowing what was going on. "Awi hungy!" She looked over at her cousin, mimicking her by rubbing her own belly. "An Bwooky hungy and Unco' Dawid hungy and mommy hungy!" She giggled, latching onto David's hair, not hard but enough to make her feel like she wouldn't fall. "An an'mals hungy!"

David watched his niece's performance and couldn't help but throw his head back and laugh. She was just so cute, he couldn't bare it sometimes. Brooklyn joined in the giggle fit as well. And as soon as they got to the monkey cages, she piped in, "We should feed monkey banana! They like bananas!" Again, David chuckled, shaking his head lightly to his daughter. "That would be cool. But, Brooky. I don't think we're allowed to feed the animals here." Brooklyn pouted, crossing her arms. "Awe, no fair." then the monkey's caught her attention and her eyes grew wide again in amazement of how far they could jump from one branch to the other.

Naomi couldn't help but laugh at her daughter as well as she kindly explained that everyone was hungry. "Jump! Awi jump!" Arielle squealed, wiggling until she was out of David's arms. She then proceed to jump everywhere, giggling excitedly as she did so. "Wookit mommy! Awi jump!"

David jumped a bit himself when Arielle nearly flew out of his arms. He managed to get her to land on her feet though as she continued to jump around. He laughed even more then, when his own daughter giggled and soon mimicked her cousin. "Ari, you so silly!" Brooklyn cooed, as she continued jumping around just as giddy as Arielle was.

Naomi, who had managed to find a nearby bench to sit on, smiled when Arielle bounced over to her. "Are you a monkey Ari?" "Jump! Jump!" Arielle giggled, climbing into her mommy's lap to kiss her sloppily before sliding off again and joining Brooklyn in her jumping. Naomi shook her head, she had no idea where Arielle got this much energy from. "Silly Awi~" She giggled, swinging her arms around. At one point she managed to slip, scraping her knee on the ground. All play stopped then for the one-year-old as tears immediately filled her large green eyes.

Brooklyn continued jumping around with her cousin happily, even adding in a few spins as she jumped. She hardly even noticed when Arielle fell down and slowly started to cry. Not being used to seeing people cry in front of her, she thought she was just playing, so Brooklyn pulled on Arielle's hand, jumping up and down while saying, "Come on, Ari! Jump wit' me!" David saw what had happened though, and immediately ran over to his niece to soothe her. "Brooklyn, no. Stop, she's hurt." he tried telling his daughter, who paused for a moment tilting her head down at the scene. David bent down on his knees and scooped Arielle into his arms. "Shh, Ari, you're alright baby girl." he tried saying, kissing her forehead gently. "Look, its just a tiny scrape." he pointed out without touching it. "You want me to kiss it to make it better?" he asked then, being used to it, considering all the times he had to kiss Brooklyn's boo-boos. It was no big deal for him anymore.

Arielle sniffled lightly, tears still falling but not as many as before. It hadn't been so much the pain that had caused the tears, but more the fact that the fall had scared her. But now that she was in her Uncle David's arms, she was starting to feel better. Arielle sniffed again, looking down at where he pointed. "Kiss." She whimpered, pointing at her injured knee while looking up at David with wide eyes. Naomi had started to get up to see to her daughter, but when she saw David taking care of it she relaxed. Of course Matthew chose then to begin whining. Naomi took her son out of the stroller, bouncing him lightly. "I think now would be a good time to break for lunch." She suggested lightly.

David did as she wished, and kissed her tiny wound on her tiny knee gently, followed by her forehead again. "Better?" Since her daddy wasn't paying attention to her at the moment, Brooklyn chose then to toddle over to her Aunt and say hi to her other cousin. "Hi Matty." she said with a small wave of her little hand. David stood back up again, holding Arielle in his arms still. "I think that'd be best." he agreed with Naomi. "How's that sound, Ari? You want to eat?"

Arielle nodded, tucking her head against David's chest and sticking her thumb in her mouth. "Eat." She simply muttered. Naomi smiled lightly when Brooklyn made her way over to them, holding Matthew down slightly so she could get a better look at her cousin. "Can you say "hi Brooky?" Naomi asked. Matthew simply stared at Brooklyn before reaching out and touching her nose with a grin. Naomi looked up at David. "Is there some place here where we could go to eat?"

Brooklyn let out a giggle from Matthew's respond to her. She moved her hand up to hold his, waving it softly in between each of their faces entertainingly. "You gots tiny hands." she finally mumbled out to him, still playing with his tiny fingers in her own small hands. David looked up from Arielle to answer Naomi's question. "Um...well, outside of the Zoo, there's always the Diner. But in case we wanted to just sit around here, I'm sure there's a couple hot dog stands around. Depends how hungry everyone is, I guess. We haven't eaten lunch yet, so maybe the Diner is good, if you're up for walking."

"Walking is fine." Naomi nodded, standing. She placed Matthew back into his stroller, strapping him in. "I'm sure Ari would probably want something other than a hotdog. That doesn't sound too appealing to me anyway." "Awi hungy." Arielle spoke up from her uncle's arms. "I know sweetheart. We're going to go get some food now. Brooky, you wanna walk next to Matthew?"

"I'm hungry, too!" Brooklyn piped up right after Arielle. "I know you are, Brooky, we're leaving right now." David told his daughter, while adjusting Arielle in his arms when they started walking. Brooklyn looked up to her Aunt at the question and immediately ran in between Naomi and the stroller. "I wanna push, Matty!" she squealed, having the stroller barely move with just her own strength pushing it.

Naomi laughed quietly, grabbing onto the handle and allowing Brooklyn to "push" Matthew, even though she helped a little bit. She allowed David to lead them out of the zoo, making sure to keep an eye on the girl in front of her so she didn't move very fast and accidentally crush her. "Wow Brooky, you're really strong."
