Thongchai nodded in agreement as he sat down next to Beverly. "I know, it's like... we're so close, but so far... It's frustrating." He smiled to her. "I hope after high school, maybe I can bring you to Thailand." He told her wistfully. He knew he'd never have enough money to do it, but he'd figure out a way.
Kasem smiled and shook his head. "I don' need glasses." He told Jayson simply. "But yeah, my word get messed up when I read, so that why I was so bad at English." He shrugged, "At least that's what mom says."
Aeron was fine responding with the usual, "Good, things are good," When she mentioned what's-his-name, who he knew had to be no other than Loreto. He made a face and looked to his mom, then back to Elisabeth, biting his bottom lip. He leaned in close to be right next to her ear. "Can you keep a secret?" He asked her, his hand still fingering the wedding band chained around his neck.
Batari giggled and nodded, "My adopted brother, yeah." She replied. "How've you been?" She asked him curiously.
Junsu just blushed, "That's not... what I mean, man." He stuttered, officially embarrassed. "We recently moved in together, I mean, so we're still getting settled." He explained, still embarrassed. GenShi chuckled at her brother's embarrassment and then wrapped her arms around one of Bayne's, resting her head in his shoulder. "Like we are, don't be dirty." She scolded him playfully.
Bethany smirked at them and then returned her attention to Tori and her sister. Jina nodded, "Oh I know! I was surprised too! When JiSeok first told me, it didn't seem like they were going to keep it." She thought a moment. "But he was very willing to abide by whatever choice Rochelle made. Now I get to be a grandma again." She said the last part excitedly. "Too soon if you ask me." DongShi grumbled, feeling a little more out of place now that he was only father there. Not that he ha expected Jacob to come, but it would've been nice to have someone his age there. "Oh," Jina began with a giggle, shoving her husband playfully, "Go eat or something."

"It is frustrating..." she sighed, suddenly getting excited though at the mention of Thailand. "Ohh! Yes! We could go to college over there, too, as well as live there. It would be so awesome. Just the two of us." she said dreamingly.
Jayson listened and nodded carefully. "Ohh...I see. So, its just reading you have trouble doing, then. Cause you have gotten a whole lot better with your English you know. You really have." he reassured him with grin.
Elisabeth furrowed her brows when he leaned into her whispering something in her ear. "Of course, Aer. You know you can always trust me." she reassured him, wondering what it was he wasn't telling her, and apparently his mother as well.
"I see." Eric nodded, leaning back against the table now, as he was completely intrigued with the conversation he had going with Batari. "I've been good. I got back into surfing finally. Which reminds me, I still gotta take you out in the ocean sometime. Thank God summer is almost here." he chuckled. "What about you? What've you been up to lately?"
Bayne just continued to laugh until GenShi scolded him. "Sorry babe. I couldn't help it." he snickered, kissing the top of her head. Autumn just shook her head, not bothering to say anything else, and just simply laid her own head against Junsu's shoulder.
"Yeah it is exciting. Especially when I get to look forward being a grandma times two!" Tori laughed out, giggling a bit more when Jina hit her husband playfully.

Thongchai's eyes widened. "You... You really want to? But it's really different from here! What if you don't like it?" He asked her worriedly. "I mean, knowing the culture and food is one thing but just being there what if คุณไม่ชอบมันได้หรือไม่ (you don't like it)? It's totally different!" He rambling, not even seeming to notice he switched to Thai for a bit.
Kasem nodded, then smiled widely, "Yeah! But because I got help reading, my speaking got a little better too! Mom says I'm less quiet now, but I'm still kinda shy at school." He admitted. With a small sigh, he looked to Jayson, "I wish you were closer to my age, then we could be in the same class." He complained. He made a face, "I don't have any friends in my classroom." He told Jayson honestly.
Aeron looked to the ground, figuring telling a friend would be good practice for when he did decide to tell his mom. "Loreto's family and my family were in Vegas at the same time... He and I ended up accidentally left behind... I was kind of... drinking and managed to get him drunk too, and when we woke up the next day... we were kinda... married?" He told her quietly, still looking around to make sure no one was eavesdropping.
Batari grinned at the mention of surfing, "You do still need to teach me~ I've been waiting for you to do so." She feigned hurt, "You promised it so long ago, I thought you forgot about me. I started learning on my own." She admitted.
"We should go sit down, right?" Junsu suggested, mostly for his sister. GenShi nodded in quick agreement and began waddling to the couch, not bothering to wait for anyone else to say otherwise. "I'll... take that as a yes." Junsu joked to the others before gently leading Autumn behind GenShi.
"Personally, I find it fine enough it's one grandkid for me and one for my sister." Bethany admitted. Jina agreed with a small "mmhmm." MinKyon was enough, I didn't need another one until I was in my... late fifties, maybe?" She joked.

Beverly tried opening her mouth to reason with her boyfriend, but he just kept rambling on. Finally, after he continued in Thai a bit, she managed to put her finger up to his mouth to shush him. "Chai...relax. It's my choice if I want to go there, remember? Besides, I'm sure I'll love it. I love their food, I've learned about their culture from you...I've even been getting better and better at their language." she paused for a breath. "Besides...its not for another two years...that gives me plenty of time to get ready for it..."
"Cool! That's good!" Jayson grinned proudly at his friend. His frown returned then at the mention of having no friends. "I know...I wish I was just a little bit older...I could stand up for you against my brother then." he mentioned Caden, pointing over to him at the snack table by Eric and Batari. "And I could help you some more with your English too!"
Elisabeth nodded, listening carefully to what he was saying. As soon as he got to the final word, her mouth dropped, complete with her hand covering her mouth and all. "Wait..what? How did you-- I mean..." she had no words to express how she felt, or what to say really. "I'm just...I'm speechless." she shook her head. "So, wait...is that what you're playing with around your neck?" she pointed out, mentioning the ring around his neck he's been playing with.
"I know, and I am sorry. I'd take you now, but I don't think our mom's would like us ditching our siblings baby shower..." he shrugged. "I mean, unless we...you know, sneak out to the beach. I have an extra board, and you can borrow my sister's wetsuit. She never wears it anymore anyway....What do you say?"
"I'll take that as a yes." Bayne chuckled, following his fiance to the couch, wrapping his arm back around her after sitting down. Autumn followed last as usual, being her usual shy self whenever she was in an unfamiliar house. "So...when are you guys due?" Autumn finally asked, softly. "Um...I think its August. Isn't it, Gen?"
Tori laughed with the other ladies. "Yeah, its sort of a weird feeling to be having grandkids so close together...I just hope the next one won't be for a long time. Babies cost money, and I don't even want to know the total we spent on just this baby shower." Tori shrugged.

"But the weather is so different. It's tropical there, you know." He reminded her, pretty sure she knew that already. "Two years can go by quickly, you know." He argued.
Kasem nodded, "I think it'd be cool to have you in my class." He told him with a smile. "Maybe after school we could hang out sometime!" He suggested.
Aeron nodded, "Yeah, it's the wedding band." He told her simply. He held it out for her to see. "Since we manage to go out and get it done illegally, we can't really revoke it. So we're kinda stuck being... married." He explained.
Batari giggled and pushed him playfully. "We can't ditch our siblings baby shower, silly." She scolded him playfully.
GenShi nodded, "Yup, August." She confirmed after she sat down.
Jina nodded, "Kavi was only 14 when MinKyon was born, so we basically paid for her. We had just got done getting Zhi out of the baby phases when it happened." She rolled her eyes. "So it was kind of... stressful."

"Tropical? Well, you know, that kind of makes me want to move there even more, silly." Beverly giggled. "I do like tropical places you know. You act like Thailand is a horrible place."
"Yeah!" Jayson squealed with excitement. "Or we can always play at recess time, or eat together at lunch. I think we have it at the same time, don't we?"
Elisabeth nodded. "Yeah, I still don't understand how you two managed to do that. It's obviously illegal, and you guys obviously don't look like you're old enough to do anything like that. I don't know, it's just all too weird to me." she shrugged.
Eric laughed. "Awe, come on....it'd be fun. It's not like they'd miss us or anything." he continued to tease her. "Don't you want me to teach you how to surf?" he tried persuading again.
"Yeah. We're not sure on the exact date. But around August definitely." Bayne repeated, quickly adding in, "But Rochelle is actually due a month before us, in July."
"Wow. Talk about a young age." Tori whistled. "Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if I have to help pay for Rochelle and JiSeok's baby. I know Bayne and GenShi won't have too much of a problem, since they're both working, and Rochelle isn't at the moment..."

Thongchai smiled, "That's not what I'm... trying to say... It's just... Thailand is hot, and there's a lot of political unrest.. and it's a big culture shock to some people. I just want to make sure you'd like it there." He told her, obvious he was more worried about her comfort than anything.
Kasem thought a moment, trying to remember. With a smile and excited nod, he replied, "I think we do actually! We should eat lunch together from now on!"
Aeron shrugged, "I don't know how we managed it, except that I had gotten enough money to easily bribe a corrupt person to sign an official marriage license." He said with a shrug. "I've checked it out at the government office, they said it was official." He let out a sigh. "I'm legal now, but Loreto's still underaged, so I don't want to do anything to fight it, you know." He told her. Or is it you that doesn't want to fight it? His mind asked, So you're making excuses to keep the marriage.
Batari thought about it, looking over to her mom excitedly chatting with Tori and Bethany, and then to her dad, who had wandered near them at the buffet table, but didn't seem to be paying attention to what they were saying. "I feel like we should tell someone..." She insisted, then went to her father. "Daddy, Eric and I are going to go surfing, okay?" DongShi looked at her with wide eyes, then looked to Eric. "You guys should stay here." He told them as if reading from an instruction manual. "But it's boring here, and it's not like anyone will miss us." Batari whined. DongShi leaned against the table, looking at the two. "Look, either you two stay here or bring me. I want to be here are much as you guys do." He told them, adding in the second part to prove it wasn't because he wanted to chaperone them, but just escape as well. Batari giggled and looked to Eric, "What do you say?" She asked him.
GenShi smiled, "It'll be so exciting! Maybe our kids can grow up and be the best of friends!" She giggled, excited at the thought. Junsu raised an eyebrow, looking over to JiSeok and Rochelle cuddling and chatting on the couch. "넌 정말 내 애기가 지석이의 애기가 친구가되고 싶어까요 (Would you really want your kid to be friends with JiSeok's kid)?" He asked his sister. JiSeok just glared over at Junsu, having heard him, but not feeling like responding to him. GenShi just chuckled. "Don't you two start a fight now. And yes Junsu. 대한 소수가 될 수 없다구해서 지석이는 가족들이 지석의 애기가 될하지 않아요 (Just because JiSeok can be a handful for the family doesn't his kid will be)." She told her older brother.
"Oh, yeah..." Jina said, rolling her eyes. "But Kavi's been really responsible with her. He got a job as soon as he could, and he just recently graduated high school and he's heading off to college." She explained to Tori, really thankful for such a responsible kid like Kavi. "Luckily, JiSeok is working, but it's only part time as a waiter. But no, I won't be surprised if I have to help as well." "Oh, he took the job HeuSeoh suggested to him?" Bethany piped in, never hearing the end of that story. "Yup. I was pretty shocked, I never saw JiSeok as the waiter type, but he's kept it up." Jina seemed happy she finally had something to brag about for JiSeok.

Beverly just smirked at him, and shook her head. "Chai, relax. Like I said, we still have two whole years before we graduate to figure this out. Lets just enjoy each other's company for now, okay?" she told him softly, leaning in for another deep kiss.
"Okay!" Jayson nodded with an excited smirk on his face. Suddenly Dixie came running to the boys then, jumping on them for attention. "Ahh! Dixie! You silly girl!" he laughed, letting the little Doxie kiss all over his face before, pointing to Kasem and telling her, "Go get Kasem now. He wants kisses too." he giggled, even louder then when Dixie did just as Jayson said. She jumped all over Kasem, giving him wet kisses all over his face.
"Yeah..that is weird..." Elisabeth said simply, titling her head to the side. "By the way...just curious and all, but....how old is Loreto anyway? Is he same age as us?"
Eric looked around when she did, about to say something when she started talking to her dad. After hearing what he said, Eric gave a small laugh and nodded his head to Batari. "Alright, lets go. You can come too, Mr. Choi, if you want." he told his girlfriend's dad. After that, he grabbed Batari's hand, rushing to get out of the crowded house and into the garage to grab what they needed, surfboards, towels, wetsuits and all. And soon enough, they were running off to the beach, which luckily wasn't too far from where they lived.
Bayne tried following what they were saying, but couldn't make out one piece of it. He leaned over to Autumn then. "Do you know what they're saying?" Autumn shrugged. "Kind of...something about not wanting JiSeok's kid to be friends with yours....and, JiSeok being a handful..." "More than what I got..." Bayne said, sharing a good laugh with Autumn. "I'm sure they'd end up being friends anyway though. And even if they aren't...they're always gonna be family. Cousin's, remember?" he chuckled, Autumn nodding in agreement with a small giggle herself.
"Well, that's good." Tori nodded, proud to know that some of their kids have some responsibility. And then she heard about JiSeok holding a job. "Oh really now?" Tori said her eyes going slightly wide. "I mean, Rochelle has a job too, but I guess she decided on her own that while in the condition she's in now, she would rather not work until she's..you know, regular size again." she chuckled, motioning to her belly portion to explain better. "I call it laziness though. I'm sure theres something she can still do to get paid where she works." she rolled her eyes.

Thongchai hummed a sort of "mmhmm" in response and mentally smiled as he got kissed, returning the kiss. "There's just a lot to think about..." Thongchai told her after the kiss had ended.
Kasem giggled as Dixie came over to them, the volume of his giggles increasing as he got licked by the little dog. "You're so cute!" Kasem told Dixie with a little laugh, dodging his head so she wouldn't kiss his lips.
Aeron thought a moment, "He's um... like fifteen now? He's younger than me." He explained with a shrug. "Our parents were the ones that got us to meet."
While the two kids got ready, DongShi told Jina he was going. Although Jina seemed disappointed, she let it go, muttering something about "how guys probably didn't want to be at a baby shower anyway." Batari smiled widely as she saw how perfect the day was for surfing. "This is awesome!" She exclaimed. DongShi took the towels and extra stuff from Eric, setting it down then pointing to the nearby bathrooms. "Why don't you two change into your wetsuits, I'll watch the stuff." He told the two.
GenShi giggled at the two trying to figure out what she and Junsu were saying. "Junsu oppa (older brother) is just being a brat." She explained to them, playfully kicking Junsu slightly. Smirking, she looked to her brother, "You're going to be next, right?" She teased him. Junsu blushed bright red. "Wh-what?" H stuttered, looking between the three of them. "Not until after marriage, at least!" He protested, covering his face. "아이구, 진짜 (Ah, really)..." He muttered, glaring at his sister through his hands.
Bethany nodded, "Both Jina and I were working until about our seventh month of pregnancy." She chuckled, "Even when I had twins." She explained. Jina nodded, "But I'm curious why she quit instead of just getting maternity leave. At least then you still get paid." She questioned.

Beverly looked up with a smirk at him. "Chai, I know you care for me and just want whats best...but, just, please stop. I'm a big girl now. I can make my own choices now, you know..." she tried telling him, kissing him once more. "I do respect you for looking out for me though. And that's just one of the reasons why I love you." she giggled lightly, pulling him in for another deep kiss, wrapping her arms around his neck now.
"Isn't she?!" Jayson laughed along, scratching the little dogs head as she continued barking happily around the boys with her tail wagging nonstop. "I love you, Dixie." he squealed, pulling the dog in for a hug, letting her kiss all over his face next.
"Wow, really? I mean, I guess that's not too bad of an age difference, right? Only two years younger than us, I mean." she shrugged. Elisabeth wasn't really the type to judge anyway, since her own boyfriend was a whole year older than herself. Thank god she was joining in him college next fall though. One year without him was bad enough for her.
Eric led everyone to the beach, and as soon as they got their stuff settled in the sand, he nodded to DongShi when he mentioned changing. "Awesome, thanks Mr. Choi!" he grinned wider, grabbing Batari's hand again as they rushed off towards the restrooms to change. "I'll meet you out back out here, alright?" he told her, before finally letting go of her hand to go change.
Bayne laughed. "Oh, I see. So basically, he's just being himself." he teased, punching Junsu's shoulder playfully, laughing even more so at what GenShi added in then. Autumn blushed of course, squeezing her fiance's hand tighter as she just tried hiding behind her long brown hair. "Guy's please...we're taking our time. We're not in a hurry, you know..." she tried teasing them back. "What, you think we are?" Bayne chuckled in return. "We're just doing what we think is right at the moment. We love each other, we dated a while, I proposed.... I didn't even know GenShi was pregnant until after I proposed to her." he laughed again, teasingly before kissing GenShi's cheek.
"Well, damn Bethany. You're a pretty tough chick then. I tried working when I was pregnant with my twins...didn't work out so well." Tori laughed. "Guess you could say I'm a wimp. I should consider maternity leave to Rochelle though. It would really help....for all of us."

Thongchai let out a sigh, lowering his head. "You're right... I'm sorry... I guess a part of me is just... nervous? I guess, about returning to Thailand. Me." He told her, looking back up at her and letting out a small laugh. "I haven't really been back since I got adopted." He admitted. He rested against the back of the seat. "Or... you know... bought." He added just under his breath, sounding bitter. He crossed his arms, frustrated at himself. He wasn't normally like this, but the reality of returning to Thailand scared him a little, and that frustrated him, and then he was mad at himself because he always so highly revered Thailand, always said he wanted to go back. He always said he wanted to have melon ice cream as he and Beverly celebrated Songkran ((the Thai New Year where they attack people with water)) together. He looked up at the ceiling, clearing his throat. "I'm sorry Beverly, I just... don't feel like myself right now..." He muttered to her. Kasem giggled as Dixie continued playing with them. After a little bit of letting Dixie pay attention to Jayson, he laid down on the floor, only having to call Dixie once before she came to play with him, licking his face enthusiastically. "Ah~" Kasem cried out, full of giggles, "Maybe this wasn't a good idea." He joked. Aeron nodded, glad she didn't judge. "Two? Oh yeah, I forgot you're born later than me. I'm eighteen already girly." He teased her. He pointed to himself proudly as he mentioned his age, purposely using his right arm to show off the relatively new tattoo that was on his wrist. ((the tree one)) DongShi smiled, getting comfortable on a beach towel before taking off his shirt, leaving just his tank top, and folding it nicely, putting the dress shirt he had worn for the baby shower into the bag Eric had brought. He applied sunscreen on himself, telling himself to remind the kids to do so as well. Batari nodded to Eric, going into the bathroom and changing into the wet suit as quickly as she could, considering it was still a wet suit. Once she was done with that, she grabbed a hair tie out of her bag and tied her hair up into a cute, messy, but still strong bun, smiling as she got it exactly how she liked it. Now I just have to hope Eric like it. She thought, taking a deep breath before going out of the bathroom. Bethany laughed, "I guess it helped I was working in China for a lot of the twin's pregnancy. They were saying either work until you're big or quit." She shrugged. "I worked until my husband was able to get a transfer at work, then said screw you guys, I'm going home." She said with a laugh. "Literally! You came home to the U.S. after that." Jina replied, seeming still amused by the story. Bethany nodded, "Mind you, I'll never get a job with that company again, but really, I'd like to return to Korea once all the kids are moved out." She told them both. Jina looked to Tori, "And I'm like you. Once I got pregnant with my boys, I stopped being a teacher for about a year and a half." She explained. With a frown, she added, "Although part of the reason for that was because when the boys were born, their daddy, you know, the one who just ditched us for the beach? Was still an active singer, so he was always very busy."

"Yeah, it is pretty odd for you to be nervous about a trip like Thailand. It is your hometown you know..." Beverly shrugged, then tilted her head with a frown across her face. "I'm sorry, babe. I know...I mean, I don't know how you feel, but I can imagine how you must feel at least." she tried reassuring him, pulling him into another hug and all. "And its fine if you don't feel yourself. I understand..." she added in, her chin still resting over his shoulder. "Let's just try to get through this night, alright?" she told him once again, pulling away from the hug to look into his eyes again before giving him a small kiss on the lips.
Jayson couldn't help but crack up in little fits of giggles. He practically rolled across the floor watching Dixie tackle Kasem with an infinite number of kisses. "I guess I should of told you how much she loves kisses....and how much she loves to tackle people too." he laughed out, feeling even more giddy.
Elisabeth did a full on face palm to her head when Aeron mentioned he was already eighteen. "Are you serious? I can't even keep up with my own best friend's birthday?" she shook her head, frustrated at herself. "That is a cool tattoo though." she added in after she finished beating herself up. "I'm not sure if I'll want a tattoo though. I don't even know what I would get one of...or where."
Eric ran into the bathroom, changing as quickly as he could, which apparently was faster than Batari. Because when he ran back outside to meet her, she wasn't there yet. Not even a minute later though, he saw Batari come back out in her wet suit ready to go. He looked her up and down, noticing what she did with her hair slightly. "Very nice." he grinned, taking her hand and leading her back to the spot to grab their boards to head into the ocean next.
Tori watched as the sister's exchanged sentences, laughing their butts off, as she did as well. She looked at the wall clock then and noticed it was getting a bit late. "Oh! It's nearly four-thirty, now. You think we should start on presents now, or something? I was thinking I could serve the dinner buffet right after, followed by the cake Elisabeth and I helped bake."

Thongchai let himself cuddle up with Beverly, letting out a sigh. He had thought all those memories were tucked safely away, but with the realism of him going to Thailand, it seemed to open the flood gates. He tried to think of happy things, but then realized he didn't actually have any. At least not until Bethany had come along and they got to stay in a nice hotel while she worked through the papers to legally adopt him properly. He resorted himself to getting comfort in the fact he and Beverly would be able to make so many new, fun memories he wouldn't even have a second chance to think about what happened to him as a kid. And he knew it'd be true because he'd be with the one and only love of his life. "ah~" He let out a sigh. "สิ่งที่ฉันทำโดยที่คุณไม่ (What would I do without you)?" He asked her, feeling relaxed in her arms. Wait, isn't it supposed to be her in my arms? A part of his mind argued, but the rest of him really didn't care.
Kasem sat up and held on to Dixie, keeping her away from his face as she continued licking his hands. "She's real lovey (he means loveable)." He told Jayson, still not able to wipe the smile off his face.
Aeron smirked, "Yeah, I didn't even a facebook message from you." He teased her lightly. He shrugged, "Not like I had a party or anything. Just.. you know... went through the day. Got some money from mom though. Blew that right quick." He said with a laugh. "Bet you'd never guess on what." He joked.
Batari only smiled when she got complimented on her hair. Success! She thought to herself, mentally doing a victory fist pump. She intertwined her arm around Eric's as they began walking back to where her dad was. She really, really liked having a boyfriend.
Bethany looked at the time and Jina looked over her shoulder. "Oh!' Bethany said simply, seeming a bit shocked at the time. "Time really does fly, doesn't it." She stated more than questioned. "I guess we could. I'm looking forward to this delicious-sounding meal already." "...Which my husband will not get any of." Jina said, seeming almost excited about the fact. "Where'd he go?" Bethany asked, looking to her sister curiously. "Didn't you hear? DongShi took Eric and Batari to go surfing." Jina said, looking between Tori and Bethany.

Tori looked at Jina stunned. "Wait...did you say, to go surfing?" she sighed immediately then, knowing exactly who's idea this was. "Eric....he wanted so badly to get back in the ocean, and I told him no. I should of known..." Tori sighed to herself, shaking her head frustratedly. "Ah, well. That just means he won't get any food or dessert either..." she giggled, turning around to face the crowd before her. "Alright guys! Gather 'round in the living room! We're gonna get started on the presents now!"
As soon as that announcement was made, Jayson jumped to his feet almost immediately, saying something like, "Presents?! We get presents??" Rochelle simply just rolled her eyes and scoffed at her youngest brother. "None for you, Jayson. Just me and GenShi." Jayson pouted then, plopping back down next to his friend and Dixie, and soon enough Sam, the German Sheprador, whom he squealed about and hugged him right away.
Elisabeth overheard her mother's announcement, and quickly hurried out of the kitchen, leading Aeron to a spot on the couch with their names on it.
Beverly and Thongchai were already on the couch cuddling up next to each other, so they stayed put while Bayne led his very pregnant fiance to the couch across from Rochelle and JiSeok, saving Junsu and Autumn a seat next to them as well.
"Alright, how about we start with the Kita's gifts first, then, hm?" Tori suggested, bouncing over to the table with the gifts and grabbing two, one for each couple and handed it to them each.
Eric grabbed her surfboard and handed it to her while he grabbed his own and started their way off to the water. "Thanks again, Mr. Choi!" he waved to DongShi while they ran toward the cold water.

Jina nodded, looking slightly apologetic for only a little bit before Tori made the announcement, smiling and going into her spot next to her sister.
Thongchai looked on, unwilling to move as he was actually quite comfortable in his spot, relieved the subject was changed. He was also happy to hear they'd be eating soon. His stomach had been noises only he could hear so far, and any longer and they'd probably get louder.
Kasem chuckled as Jayson hugged the bigger dog, patting Sam absent-mindedly. He quietly got Dixie's attention and convinced the little dog to come over to him, pulling her onto his lap and giving her a kiss on the top of the head. He wasn't ever really interested in presents when they weren't for him.
