“God dammit, Beverly! How long can someone shower for?? I’m about to burst here!” shouted the irritable Rochelle, as she held her belly tightly. “Sounds like you’re bursting right now!” Beverly cackled right back, as a few chuckles came up from behind Rochelle. It was Eric and Caden again. “Chill, sis. Mom just came out. Go use hers.” he smirked. Rochelle didn’t need to say anything to them but glare before she shoved them out of the way, running straight to the other bathroom stopping at nothing. Just as she left the hallway then, Beverly came slipping out of the other bathroom, smirking. “She couldn’t of waited two seconds...” she laughed with the boys.
The doorbell rang just then, followed by loads of barking coming from Dixie and Sam. Dixie began scratching at the door, trying to open it herself before she was picked up by Jaela who then opened the door to let her big brother in along with his fiance who was also pregnant. “Hey, Bayne!” she greeted, giving him a one armed hug as she was still holding the squirming doxie in the other. “Hey, GenShi. You’re looking.....” she gave her a full-body glance. “...big.” she giggled, finally letting Dixie free on the ground to run around the familiar guests. “Mom! They’re here!” Tori came rushing in from the kitchen then, followed by Elisabeth who had been helping with the snacks and meals. “Hey, Bayne. GenShi. How’ve you guys been lately?” Tori immediately said, giving them both equally tight hugs, before Elisabeth did the same. “Pretty good, been having a bit of mood swings, but we’re all good.” Bayne told them, nudging his fiance jokingly, before giving her a small peck on the temple. “Rochelle is here somewhere. Probably in the bathroom again. JiSeok should be coming over pretty soon too.” I explained to the couple, looking to GenShi then. “What time did your family say they were coming over again?”

GenShi tried to glare at Bayne and seem mad, but not even hormones could put her in a bad mood right now. "Oh really now?" She asked Jaela playfully. "You too! You've really grown up." She added, ruffling Jaela's hair a little. She smiled warmly to Tori, "Mom said she'd be here in a little bit. Had to get Kasem ready." She explained, coming in.
As if hearing his name, JiSeok pulled up in his car, bass from music audible from the driveway.
GenShi raised an eyebrow and gave Bayne a sarcastic smile, "Speaking of my cousin..." She muttered to everyone at the door.
JiSeok came up and looked around. "Why's everyone hanging out in the doorway?" He asked, seeming uninterested in whatever the answer may be. He placed a kiss on Rochelle's forehead, "Hey baby." He told her simply, one hand fiddling with something in his pocket. He went past the group, dragging Rochelle along as he went to sit on the couch.

Jaela giggled, but then pouted when her hair got ruffled and pulled away. Tori laughed at Jaela's actions before turning back and nodding to GenShi's answer.
As if on cue, Rochelle finally came downstairs right as she heard voices, and seemed to bump into her boyfriend right on time. "Hey, baby." she replied back, following him over to the couch to cuddle next to, acting as if no one else was in the house.
Tori rolled her eyes playfully and turned back to the rest of the group, waving them in the house. "You guys are a bit early actually, Elisabeth and I haven't even finished displaying all the snacks yet." Tori explained, wandering back in the kitchen to finish preparing with Elisabeth.
"Well, we figured it was better to come early than late." Bayne explained back, following his mother into the kitchen. "Anything we can help with?"
"First of all, GenShi doesn't need to help with anything. And second, I don't think there is much left to do really. As you can see, we got the gifts out in the living room already, and the food is the last to be set out. I guess you could help with that though." Tori shrugged. "But GenShi, you can go ahead and wait in the living room and rest. Carrying that big bundle can't be easy. I should know."

GenShi smiled shyly as she went into the living room, ignoring JiSeok and Rochelle just as they were to her, trying to get Dixie to come over to her. JiSeok smiled and pulled out a ring box. As unconventional as he always was, he opened it to reveal a simple but pretty engagement ring. "I figured we should y'know... actually get married one day." He told her simply, with a shrug. He tried to hide his nervousness of this moment with a stoic face and an attempted tough attitude, but the nerves shown through as he bit his lip. GenShi jerked her head over to look at her cousin and his girlfriend, surprised. She had never expected JiSeok to actually propose, especially not after all the times he insisted he'd never get married. She remained quiet, not wanting to break the mood.

Bayne followed his mother into the kitchen to finish bringing the food and snacks out with his younger sister Elisabeth. They had a few laughs in the kitchen, sharing old times they had in here like a food fight the family had when they were kids. Little did they know though, that just as Bayne, Elisabeth, and Tori were coming out with plates of food in their hands, they spotted JiSeok proposing to Rochelle. Tori couldn't help but give a sudden gasp, loud enough for all to hear as well as stop what they were doing, including Caden and Jayson who were watching TV stopped and turned to see what was going on.
Rochelle stared at the ring for a moment, letting everything sink in before replying at all. She didn't even care if everyone was staring. She looked at the ring, then back up to her boyfriend with a grin widening even further across her face. "I think...." she started, leaning over to give him a deep kiss to remember, placing her hand on his cheek. "...that's an awesome idea." she finished, ending with a small laugh as she finally noticed everyone staring. Once she got the ring on her finger, she turned to the rest of her family shaking her head with a smirk. "Okay, guys. Shows over." she chuckled, waving her engagement hand in a shooing motion.
They all returned back to what they were doing slowly, although still shocked and talking about what just happened. Bayne finished setting up the food and brought over a small plate to sit down with his own fiance. "Wow... party's not even started yet, and things are already getting exciting." he chuckled, holding out the plate to GenShi, knowing how hungry she'd probably be from the mood swings she's been having lately. "You think we'll have a double wedding next?" he asked jokingly. Although he could hear Rochelle shout from across the way, "Not on your life, Bayne!" Bayne laughed even harder at that statement.

JiSeok smiled and accepted the kiss. He felt a wave of relief wash over him only after everyone had left. Even though he was familiar with this crowd, he was still feeling a certain level of anxiousness at being in such a crowded place. He leaned into the back of the couch, letting out a small sigh of relief. "I hope you know you're the only reason I'm here..." He muttered to Rochelle.
GenShi shook her her head at Bayne. "I want my own wedding. You need to be prepared to meet Bridezilla, boy." She told her fiancee jokingly. She looked over to JiSeok and scoffed, "Obviously I mean nothing to you."
"Just a cousin." JiSeok muttered simply. "The entire fu-"
"There are children here." GenShi scolded him before he could get out the swear word.
"The entire family's not even here yet." He finished his complaining. "Is your family even coming?" He asked GenShi.
"What's left of it. BaoChen just went off to Japan to start training in the company." GenShi explained. "They're going to be a bit late though."
"Lucky." JiSeok replied simply.

Rochelle scoffed, moving her eyes away from the bling on her hand to her fiance again. "Duh...Why else would you come?" she laughed.
Bayne watched the newly engaged couple and shook his head with a small chuckle. "Yeah, and if you were never pregnant, you probably wouldn't even be here, huh?" Rochelle shot a glare at him, as he just laughed it off, wrapping an arm around GenShi, turning back to her again. "So, you said your family's gonna be a little late? Well, lets just hope there's food still left by then." he chuckled teasingly, looking over at the snack tables where he found his brothers Eric, Caden and Jayson now munching away. Luckily Tori was there trying to shoo them away.
Beverly chose to come down then after being upstairs all morning preparing for the party. "Hey GenShi!" she greeted, acting as if JiSeok and Rochelle didn't exist. That is, until she noticed a ring on her sisters finger. "Whoa--what? Wait...Rochelle, you got engaged?"
"Obviously." Rochelle snorted, leaning herself more on her fiance.
Beverly just glared at her and turned back to GenShi and the others. "So...is Chai here yet?" she asked anxiously.

JiSeok smirked and shrugged, "I dunno, the food?" He tried.
GenShi smiled to Bayne, then shook her head at Beverly. "They should be here soon. I guess Kasem was just being a bit of a brat." She told the younger girl simply with a small giggle.
Bethany's car could be heard from the street as she pulled into a parking space and soon enough Kasem and Thongchai were also heard. Thongchai said something to his mother then ran ahead after being handed a gift, knocking on the door.

Rochelle just smirked. "You would go for the food." she said with a scoff.
Beverly sighed disappointingly. That is, until she heard a car drive up to their house, followed by two familiar voices. "Oh! I'll get it!" she screeched, running to the door just before the doorbell even rang. "Hey Chai!" she exclaimed, giving him a small hug, careful not to knock the present out of his arms. She kissed the top of his lips before looking over to Kasem beside him. "Hey, Kasem. What's up?" she said next, giving him a quick hug as well.
"Hey guys, come on in!" called Bayne from the living room, followed by Tori who was coming out of the kitchen with more plates of food. "Yeah! Don't go crowding the doorway now! We got the food out. Presents go over there." she pointed to a table nearly full up of presents for two people.

Thongchai returned the kiss and smiled to Beverly, giving her an awkward one-armed hug. "Hi Bev~" He practically cooed to her. "Hey..." Kasem replied simply, not seeming like he wanted to be there. He looked around, trying to find something that would be fun for him to do there.
Aeron finally came out the car, getting a glare from his mother as he followed behind her. He was here for one and half reasons: seeing Elisabeth, and the possibility coffee had been made for this event. However, the second one wasn't likely because pregnant women aren't supposed to have caffeine. He clutched the remnants of his Starbucks securely, as if it were his lifeline. "I don't have to tell you over Kasem to behave, do I?" Bethany questioned him. "The whole reason I got you Starbucks was because you promised you'd behave. You're out of high school now, I shouldn't need to lecture you." "I understand." Aeron replied simply as they both reached the doorway. "Tori?" Bethany called out. "I'm so sorry we're late!"
GenShi got up as she heard her mother, going as fast as she could while being so pregnant. "Mom!" She said excitedly, giving her mom a hug. "Hi, sweetie, I just talked to you on the phone, didn't I?" Bethany teased her daughter as she returned the hug, still looking around for Tori.

Beverly returned her attention back to her boyfriend, seeing as Kasem wasn't in the mood for interaction much. "So, what's up? Whatcha been up to lately?" she asked eagerly, helping Thongchai setting the gift up on the table in the corner of the room.
As if on cue, Jayson looked up to see who was here, and practically squealed when he saw his friend Kasem. "Hi Kasem!" he waved him over. Caden looked over too, as the two brothers pretty much hung out together all the time now. "Oh, look...its the boy who can't speak English right." he snickered, not as loudly as he'd like, but loud enough for Kasem to overhear.
Elisabeth was just coming out of the kitchen as well, finishing up the snack table before she spotted her own friend. "Oh. Hey Aeron." she smiled, waving to him. "That's a surprise, I didn't know you were coming." she giggled, looking at his starbucks cup he held firmly in his hands, knowing very well that Aeron could not live without his coffee.
Tori came out the same time as Elisabeth, but made a different turn heading straight for Bethany instead. "Hey, Bethany! It's alright, not like we started the party without you." she laughed lightly, resting her hands on her hips. "I was actually just finishing up setting up the food. How've you been, though? I haven't seen you in a while."
Before Tori got her answer though, GenShi came waddling up to hug her mother. Bayne came up to us as well, but instead of hugging Tori, he just simply placed his arm on her shoulder showing off how much shorter she was compared to him. "Bayne! What am I, an arm rest? Get off!" she laughed louder, whacking Bayne's arm off of her shoulder. Bayne just gave a simple laugh. "But you're a very comfy arm rest, mom." he chuckled out, while Tori just gave a small playful glare at him.

Thongchai shrugged. "Not much. The usual... you know.." He set the gift down on the table and gave Beverly a proper hug as well as a kiss. "I've definitely been missing you." "Gag..." Kasem muttered. He smiled as he saw his little buddy Jayson, but it quickly turned sour as he heard Caden. " For your information, my English has gotten better. So there." Kasem retorted back to Caden, sticking out his tongue. Of course, his accent was still prevalent, but he had finally gotten the help he needed to figure how that tricky English grammar and working on building his vocabulary instead. Aeron gave Elisabeth a weak smile, "I wouldn't be here if it weren't for my mom making me come..." He groaned, leading her near the kitchen and then leaning against the wall. "I've been alright..." He replied, his free hand seeming to have made a habit of playing with his necklace with the wedding band on it. Bethany smiled and laughed at Bayne's antics. "I've been well." She pointed to Bayne, "You've really grown up!" She told him simply. She smirked at him, "You better take good care of my first grandbaby." She teased him. She looked back to Tori, "My boys do that to me too.." She said, rolling her eyes. As the others were talking, the Choi family car pulled up, as well as another car that contained Junsu and Autumn. They all piled out and went to the front door, Batari the first one there are she knew exactly what being in the Black house would imply. It meant he'd be there. She had purposely dressed up cutely in hopes of catching his attention. "Hello Ms. Black! I'm Batari! It's nice to meet you!" She said excitedly, holding out her hand. Would it be too much to ask if Eric's even home? She wondered to herself. Jina went straight to her sister, Bethany, giving her a hug and ignoring her daughter who seemed to have eaten all too much invisible chocolate that day (considering there was none in the house, Jina literally had no idea what Batari was on). She let her husband say his "hello's" as well, waiting for Batari to leave Tori alone so she could say hi.

Beverly returned the hug and kiss as well, making the kiss last a bit longer. "I've missed you too. Freakin' school has been separating us more and more...." she groaned, "I've been locked up in my room lately, being forced to study for finals.." she stuck her tongue out.
Caden just simply raised his eyebrows at him, half impressed of how well he's gotten in English. In the end though, he rolled his eyes, muttering, "Whatever." Under his breath, and went over to one of the snack tables to eat some more. Jayson ignored his brother and smiled back to Kasem then. "I haven't seen you in a long time. What have you been doing?"
"I see." Elisabeth nodded, following Aeron into the kitchen where she leaned back against the counter herself. "So what's been going on with you? Anything new? How's it going with that, um..what's his name again?" she knew she was throwing numerous questions at him at once, but it was what Elisabeth did. Hopefully Aeron was partly used to it by now, though.
Bayne laughed at Bethany's statement. "Yes I have. And of course I'll take care of your grand-baby. As well as your little girl too." he grinned, crossing a wink over to GenShi. Tori shook her head at her son, giggle slightly. She was about to add in something when she saw a few other people joining the party. The Choi's by the look of it. As well as Junsu with his fiance, Autumn. She giggled at Batari's appearance with introducing herself and all. Was she on some sort of sugar rush or something? Tori thought to herself. "Well, Hi there, Batari. It's nice to meet you. You're Eric's friend right? He's told me...er, well, not much but a little about you... He's over by the food table if you want to see him." I told her, pointing over to the fifteen year old gorging down different snacks. "Hey, Jina. How've you been?" Tori greeted, as well as Jina's husband when he said his hello's.
Bayne moved on from the mom's to Junsu and Autumn then. "Hey, man." he greeted, waving to him. "Long time, no see, huh? Hey Autumn~" he nodded to his fiance then, who smiled with her usual shyness. "Hey~" she said quietly, grasping onto Junsu's hand only slightly tighter.

Thongchai's eyes widened as she mentioned finals, "I know! It's so annoying! On top of that, it feels like all my classes assigned projects! It's crazy right now." He joined in her complaints.
Kasem smiled triumphantly as Caden went away from them. His attention was brought back when Jayson asked him a question. "Hmm? Oh um... I've just been... you know... My mom said I have this... problem? It's called dyslexica, or something." He shrugged. "I've been going to a tutor after school. I feel like I have no life~" He complained as he let out a sigh, mimicking an exact phrase he heard from Thongchai not even a week ago.
Batari stopped a frown when Tori mentioned Eric hadn't mentioned her much, but her smile recovered as she saw Eric, and she couldn't help but giggle. "Thank you~!" She told Tori before going off to see Eric. She snuck behind him, putting her hands over his eyes and in her deepest voice, said, "Guess who."
Bethany grinned to GenShi and Bayne. "That's right young man. It's bad enough you two aren't married yet." "Mom, please..." GenShi begged, having already gotten some backlash for having pre-marital sex. "Not today..." "Fine. But you know my stance on this." Jina smiled and greeted Tori. "Hi, I've been great, how about you?" She asked, but paused for a moment to add in to Bethany and GenShi's conversation, "Please, at least you know for sure GenShi's a good girl. I don't even want to know what any child of JiSeok's is going to turn out like." She turned back to Tori, "No offense to your daughter, of course."
Junsu smiled, "Long time no see, Bayne." He told his friend, waiting for him to greet Autumn before glaring at him playfully. "You're taking care of my sister, right?" He asked Bayne. "I'll have to hurt you if you're not. I've been practicing some basketball, maybe I could even beat you." GenShi chuckled, "I doubt it, Junsu." She told her older brother, punching him on the arm before pulling him in for a hug. "I miss you, you never talk to me anymore idiot." She scolded her brother, smiling and waving to Autumn from her brother's shoulder. "I'm sorry!" Junsu replied exasperated. "I've been really busy lately..."

"I know, right?" Beverly scoffed, leading him to one of the couches to take a seat, and nodded her head to him to follow suit. "It sucks, majorly. I can't wait till I'm out of high school." she rolled her eyes.
"Oh, really? I think I heard of something like that. One of the other kids in my class has it, too. Does it have to do with reading funny or something?" Jayson asked curiously, tilting his head slightly. "It seems like something you would need glasses for too, but he doesn't wear any. Do you?"
Eric was in the middle of scarfing down some chips when he suddenly felt cool hands wrap around his eyes. He grinned slightly, swallowing the chips before saying, "Hm...I wonder who it could be.." he teased, moving her hands off before spinning around with a wider smile. "Hey, you~ Didn't know you were coming, too--wait, JiSeok is your brother, isn't he?" he asked, chuckling lightly at his forgetfulness.
Bayne simply just laughed at Bethany's response, and returned back to Junsu and Autumn before adding in to Bethany, "Well, don't you worry, we will get married soon enough." he chuckled, pointing to GenShi's ring finger before turning away to Junsu again. "Of course I'm taking care of your sister, man. Why wouldn't I be?" he chuckled, punching him playfully, though not as hard as GenShi did when she came up to them. At Junsu's response to GenShi then, Bayne couldn't help but put his mind in the gutter. "Ohhh~ You've been busy, have you?" he laughed teasingly. Autumn blushed. "Not that kind of busy, Bayne!" she shouted, still blushing deeply. Bayne just chuckled even more, shaking his head a bit. "He's the one that said it, not me." he mumbled. "Well, you're the one who thought it..." Autumn mumbled back, squeezing Junsu's hand again for security.
"Oh, I've been alright." Tori replied, giggling at Jina's last comment about JiSeok and Rochelle. "Oh, please. Rochelle is just as bad as JiSeok. I'm actually sort of nervous at what kind of parents they'll become. Rochelle even admitted, well not to me personally, but she did admit that she came pretty close to not keeping the baby at all. Don't know what changed her mind...probably Elisabeth."
