"Oh, dinner sounds like a good idea actually. I should probably eat some of that when I get home." Justice stuck her hands in her pockets, offering Caleb and light shrug. "Well, I've come to realize my mom doesn't really worry about where we are as long as we call her every once in a while to let her know we're still alive." She smiled a bit, looking up at the darkening sky. "But I should probably get home anyway. My siblings tell me that she's kinda protective when she firsts adopts a new kid. They say give her a few months it'll be over."

Caleb chuckled softly at her response, glancing over to make sure Luna was beside him again as they started walking. "I see. Most mom's are protective for their kids though. Biological or not. I know my mom is still sometimes..." he gave a shrug himself. "So, what street do you live on?"

"Ashlawn Terrace." She answered before shrugging at his previous statement. "I think it's because she likes to adopt kids with troubled pasts, so she worries about them. I don't think my past was that bad." Granted she didn't remember her past, so she couldn't say for sure. Justice stuck her hands in her pockets, looking up at the quickly darkening sky, giving a tiny sigh. "There's not enough time in the day." She muttered, mostly to herself.

Caleb nodded. "I think I saw that street a while ago when Luna and I were walking around." He listened and nodded at her explanation about her mother. "Well, thats good that she cares though." he responded simply, glancing up occasionally to look for the Ashlawn Terrance sign. Not that he was thrilled about having this day be over....

"Yeah, I guess." Justice kept her eyes on the street. "I kinda wish I remembered my birth parents though. I mean, I did live with them my whole life. Just to have all that time wiped clean from my memory sucks." She could see her street nearing and slowed down her walk a bit.

"Yeah..." Caleb said, not really knowing what else to say to something like that. Except maybe, "I'm sorry...I mean, you know, about your parents. I'm sure they were great." he added with a smile. He too, noticed they were nearing their destination, all too soon, he thought to himself. He saw Justice slow down her pace to a stop in front of one of the houses, assuming it was hers. "Well...it was great meeting you, Justice. Maybe we'll get to see each other another time." he finally said, hesitating his hand out, not sure whether it would be more appropriate to do that, or hug.
