Athena giggled lightly as she jumped from rock to rock, trying to make her way across the lake. With each step, she felt more like a child. Hm. I guess I am one, at heart. AJ giggled louder, her feet twirling as she spun around. "Eeek!" her balance was thrown off by the distant barking of a dog. "Oh man, that was scary!" she muttered to herself, deciding to go back in the safest way possible, which was walking slowly over. Eyes concentrating on her feet, she hoped not to slip over one of the rocks. On the last rock, she was finally able to jump over, landing on the ground on one foot. She luckily had been able to get over with her clothes still dry...
It took her only a moment to realize that she was standing right in front of somebody. Her gaze going up to the girl's face, she smiled slightly. "Uh, sorry about that." she apologized. "I almost bumped into you." This wouldn't have been the first time, actually. She had already tripped a few times and walked into a lot of people lately.

The house was crowded, loud, and had just been way too chaotic for Akaila's taste lately. She thought about heading to the club, but when she arrived there, it was practically empty. No one to dance with, no one to drink with, no one to flirt with, no one. So it was the next best thing: travel down to the lake to skip some rocks and keep her smoking temptation down a notch. She had come this far without smoking a single cigarette butt, and she wasn't going to stop there. However, her drinking habits haven't changed, for she had brought a bottle of alcohol along with her on her journey through the forest and to the lake.
After making it to the lake, and downing half of the bottle, Akaila wasn't feeling the slightest bit of tipsy, however she did feel refreshed again. She continuously grabbed rock after rock, pebble after pebble, and chucked them across the lake distractedly. She went to pick up yet another pebble but was nearly toppled over by some girl that seemed to pop up out of no where. "Whoa, what the fuck?" she cursed out, looking down at the shorter, younger looking girl. "Dude, you need to watch where you're going." she warned the young girl, taking another long gulp of her drink before glaring back down at the careless looking girl.
