Danian sat up on his elbows and said in a very loud mock whisper "I'm a fantasy geek. Shhh. Don't tell anyone ok?" Resting his head back on her lap, he laughed and took one of her hands in his, tracing the lines on her palm. "Lord of the Rings, and stuff like that. Not Sci-Fi so much. I can't stand Star Trek."
"So what's the plan for the night anyway? Apart from the amazing music coming from the stage? I hope your siblings aren't offended that I brought my own."

Aya tossed her head in a bright laugh, he had surprised her immensely and she wanted to wrap her arms around his neck and tussle with him on the blanket. "Lord of the Rings was amazing; I wanted that fairy bread god damnit!" She said with a giggle. "And for your information, the new Star Trek movie was amazing; Christ Pine is gorgeous." Aya grinned at him cheekily and tweaked his nose for the joke.
Aya raised a brow. "I would have told you but you had to go and trick me so I think you'll have to wait and see what my surprise for you is."

Danian pulled a face, both at the fact she watched Star Trek, and once she'd pulled on his nose. Feigning irritation, he turned his head away a small smile on his face. "You know, I think knowing that about you, I'm not sure we can hang out anymore. I just don't know if I can respect a Star Trek fan. There are so many holes in the plot!"
Turning back, he let her see the smile that he hadn't been able to stop. "Kidding...but just so you know, I will never, EVER watch it with you. Not once."

Aya laughed at him. "Well I never did ask you to watch it with me you know, I'm just saying that I'm a fan of the ridiculous series you seem to abhor so much." She shook her head. "Besides, what would you want to watch with me anyway? Something cheesy like... oh, The Notebook?"

Danian pretended to gag at the very suggestion that he would sit through a movie like that. "I'm sorry. You're going to have to rely on your girl friends for that one. There are very few girly movies I can stomach, and for one good reason. They're utter crap. Talk about movies without a plot. There's only one chick flick I really like, and that's how to lose a guy in ten days. And only because it's actually pretty funny.
"No, the movies I'll make you watch are things like The Reader. Stardust is actually ok. Big Fish maybe..."

Aya snorted in disgust, really she knew no man who would sit down and watch chick flicks with her... Except for probably her grandfather who loved Legends of the Fall and watched it with her everytime she visited. She raised a brow at his list of movies. "I liked The Reader and you know my opinion of Stardust. And..." She slapped his shoulder lightly. "You have to watch Big Fish with me or I'll never speak to you again! I've wanted to watch that movie since... since forever!"

Dan grabbed her hand as she slapped him, and laced his fingers through hers. He winked at her and grinned a big goofy smile. "I guess that's a date then. I have it at home, so whenever you feel like coming over and watching it just let me know."
Impatient to find out what the surprise was, he sat up from her lap, and crossed his legs facing her. "So ok, I've waited long enough. Talked about random girls, random movies. Spill. What's happening tonight?"

Aya laughed and ignored the fluttering in her stomach as she gave his hand a squeeze. "Definitely. I'll bring the food; and really? You wouldn't me coming suddenly un-announced?" She thought it a bit rude but shrugged it off. She watched him get up, amusement coloring her smile. "Well, I can't really tell you. I have to show you and I can't show you... Not yet at least. You gotta be patient double-one."

Danian nodded enthusiastically. "No way. My mum always had this open door policy and I guess I've just sort of absorbed that. Naturally that means I need to be more domestically responsible in case people turn up but that's ok. It means there's one thing that Jade and I don't fight about."
At the mention of being patient, he scowled lightly. "Waiting is not my strong point Spike. Should we maybe go dance to keep busy until it's time for...whatever it is?"

Aya feigned a gasp of surprise. "You? Domestic?" She paused and gave him a look full of disbelief. "Are you shitting me double-one?" She laughed softly, really imagining him in an apron and welcoming people into his house. It was too silly and she burst into laughter, throwing her head back and closing her eyes as she let the giggles run through her system.
Aya raised a brow. "Didn't know you danced." She held her hand up, as if she wanted to be pulled up. Her ears perked up at the familiar song they were playing on stage. You're on the phone with your girlfriend she's upset...

Ian-20 JC-17 Andy-15...Andy had spotted Rumer sitting on the rocks and walked over to her, leaned onto the rock. "Hey I'm Andy"... Rumer was about to respond with an 'I don't care' but then she decided there was no way she would make friends in this crowd with that attitude. She looked over to the boy, his hair was pretty awesome. She smiled a little. "Hi Andy. Rumer." She looked around, looking for something to say to keep the conversation going. "Having fun?"

...The two older girls wandered off in different locations around the park then, wondering which group to start up in first. Rochelle, of course, had her eyes open for any make overs needing to be made. "Oh, god. Is he really wearing that outfit?" she muttered to herself, disgusted. Elisabeth on the other hand, just rolled her eyes, feeling like she was the older one here. Again. "Rochelle, your not here on business. You're here to relax, and possibly make new friends." she tried explaining to Rochelle, as her eyeballs were still moving every which direction they could, furrowing her eyebrows in disgust every once in a while. "Everyday is a mission, Liss." she retorted, her eyes looking everywhere but her sister, "Just like the outfit you decided to wear today." she finished, Elisabeth looking at the faded skinny jeans and lime green tank top she was wearing, looking back up annoyed. "Well, unlike you, I'm gonna go looking for some friends. See ya." Elisabeth replied back with a hmph, stomping in the opposite direction of her. But the truth was, Elisabeth really didn't know where to start off at first. She still was a bit shy in some cases, and still found it quite difficult to start up a conversation without sounding stupid or annoying. So instead she wandered around the different groups aimlessly until someone was willing to stop and actually have a decent conversation with her. Harper saw a girl wandering aimlessly. She was able to spot her because, they too were doing the same thing. She decided it couldn't hurt to speak, they looked to be about the same age. She casually walked up to the girl and smiled.
"Hi. I'm Harper and this is my sister Blythe."
Blythe waved and smiled.
"We just moved here and so we don't really no anyone. You seemed to kinda not be talking to anyone, figured we'd come say hi." *laughs a little at how childish she sounded. Blythes's side eye to her confirming it*Nicki, bored, headed back to the food table with Ari on her hip. "Never gonna lose any weight at this rate." She muttered to herself. She scanned the food table, opting to get some gingerale and a few cookies. Ari, as most babies do, started making baby squealy noises. From the looks of it, she was the only other person there with a little one. She had, however, observed two other toddlers around the place. Nicki decided to walk toward the bank to listen to them. They sounded really good. She spotted a bench not far from the music and sat there.Spencer, still on the outskirts was starting to get a little bored. She spotted her sisters making their way through the crowd and was glad they were at least seemingly having a good time. She headed to the food table and grabbed a coke, still looking around, checking her phone for a text message every now and then. No one ever texts you when you want them to

((My goodness you guys wrote a lot... @.@)) With Beverly walking the opposite direction of her twin, she had her little sister Jaela tag along instead. Looking around at the many people soon arriving after them, the only thing Jaela could do was stop and stare at everyone and everything. Soon enough, without paying any attention, Jaela wandered off in the other direction towards where a couple other people were on the rocks, climbing on top of one herself feeling the sudden urge to climb something. While Beverly on the other hand, hadn't been paying any attention to her younger sister, eying a familiar looking face just then. "Sakda?" she questioned to herself first, before meandering on over to the group he was with. "Hey, Sakda. Haven't seen you in a while." she finally said, a small wave slipping up as she approached him. Sakda breathed a visible sigh of relief. "Jaela! Beverly!" He called, a relieved smile on his face. "I (am) so happy you (are) here. ผมโล่งใจมาก (I'm very relieved)." He looked at Beverly with big, puppy dog eyes, "plea' (please) help me." He begged her, knowing she knew some Thai.Alex casually nodded at the boy’s words. He looked like a good enough kid. “Really? Well my siblings and I are quarter Korean and half Japanese. We mostly spend time bouncing back and forth the two countries. I didn’t think there would be another Korean family. It’s great to hear.” The older boy extracted one hand out his pocket and extended it to formally introduce himself. It was a little awkward since Alex wasn’t used to meeting younger people but it was a pleasant change. “I’m Alex Yoon by the way. What’s your name?” Before he could say more, there was a sudden glomp attack from behind, bending him slightly backwards. He turned his head to see Miss Kris Tay with a pile of fireworks at hand. “Hello Ms Tay. It’s great to see you again,” a comfortable smile formed on Alex’s lips. “Are we blowing up the party tonight?” His attention was further divided when Cameron rushed over to Ms Tay, mentioning a large gun and Aya. It could only mean Monte was there. Akio waited for the excitement to settle, calling Miyavi over as well. "I'm Akio Choi, this is my cousin Miyavi Kita." Miyavi nodded and gave a small, awkward bow to them, muttering a "nice to meet you." Akio patted Miyavi on the back, "Myv, they're a quarter Korean and half Japanese." "oh..." Miyavi said simply. He bit his lip before telling them, "I'm half Korean and half Japanese." "We aren't technically an entire Korean family. My mom and aunt are both European," Akio explained, "my brother and I are my mom's only biological kids, and in Miyavi's family, there's a fully European girl, another half-Korean boy, and then the twins are half-Chinese." Miyavi nodded, "I was adopted." He stated with a shrug. It never bothered him anymore, and mentioning it was as meaningful as telling someone his birthday.Khristian pulled up to the park, noticing a lot of people already there. He parked far away from the party and began walking over, smirking as he saw a certain red-headed girl. So you are here... He thought to himself. His cell phone had gotten ruined in the hurricane, and he was only sad about losing one number-Peyton's. I should've gotten an email address too. Mental note. He told himself, sneaking up behind the girl and whispering a "boo," hands at the ready in case it made her trip, or something of the like. HeuSeoh wandered around the park, headphones in his ears, mindlessly dancing to the latest Korean songs, when he noticed a large gathering going on. As usual, he was out of sync with the latest happening, and he squinted to see if he recognized anyone, inching closer to the party. Probably just birthday or something. He thought to himself. He continued inching closer, until he saw someone that made him practically bound over. "Morgan!!!" He called excitedly.

“Well, what can I say,” warmly replied Alex to Ms Tay, stretching his other hand out to free the woman of the fireworks while maintaining their link, giving her a look as if to tell her that he’s the responsible adult, especially with all that flammable alcohol at hand. It was like having a third mom with with the Tay’s mother around. “And I’ve met these fine young boys here.” He pointed out to the two boys next to him. “Akio and Miyavi are cousins and they’re part Korean and Japanese too. I was just telling them that Sean over there with your Georgie and his twin Annie by the stage and I are half Japanese and quarter Korean while our cousin Jack is half Korean and his cousin Lysander, who knows where he is, is half German and quarter Korean. I didn’t know there were others like us around here so it’s great that I bumped into these guys.” Alex’s focus shifted entirely when a leggy brunette with porcelain skin came over, munching on the remnants of whatever she has as she walked over. She was familiar as he’d been informed vaguely by his brother and the other boys but they had never really met. A deep “Hi” passed his lips that were slightly agar without Alex’s notice.
Sean sported a mock horror though the edges of his lips curled in a smile at his girlfriend’s answer. “I guess I made a wrong choice coming over here then,” he breathed, gently swaying Georgie closer by the waist. “Then again, it was probably right so I can take you away now and no other guy can steal you for himself.” Sean mouthed an ‘I love you’ to her I miss you through the kiss and he was going to go further when Jack cock blocked him. The elder boy let out an inaudible groan as he turned to glare at his cousin, making faces to tell him to leave.
Jack is never one for subtlety. He can’t really use it so it was obvious he couldn’t understand what Sean was doing and replied merely by raising a brow and ignoring. The brown haired boy popped another tidbit in his mouth before answering. “I dun really know,” he chewed his words along with his food. “She waved me over then turned to Cam looking all spazz then left before I could go to her. Then I just lost sight of the both of them. I feel ignored.” Sean jumped at his younger cousin’s comment, hoping it would make him go away. “If you feel ignored, go play with some new people. Better yet, go to the stage and sing. It’s open mic and I will disown you if you deny that you’re musically inclined in the very least.” Jack’s expression brightened with the idea, oblivious to the acidic tone Sean used on him. The tissue he used as a saucer crumpled in his hands before shoving them in his pocket and brushing off his shirt of any crumbs. Jack gingerly waited for Ser and the band to finish playing before hoping up on the stage, picking up the acoustic guitar and tapped the mic.
“Ah ah ah. Mic check,” his voice slowly cleared. “Hi everyone. I’m Jack Whitlock and this one goes out to my blinding ball of sunlight, Yume Tay.” His mouth moved closer to the mic as his fingers glided over a few strings then he abruptly stopped. “Where ever she might be lurking or spazzing as she’s ignoring me. If anyone sees a shiny little girl, she’s mine. Look but never touch.” Jack’s voice started to carry though the speakers with the strumming of the guitar, You’re just too good to be true…. Can’t take my eyes off of you….

OMG
Monte felt the hand on his shoulder and braced himself for the punch he was sure was going to come to his face when he turned, but Kai's tone and question didn't seem to warrant it. He turned. "Avery's with his girlfriend, we just walked up on the party actually..." He saw the look in Kai's eyes and knew he wasn't happy that he was here. Monte removed the hand on Serena's waist and held it up as if in surrender. "I swear I wouldn't have come intentionally if I'd known it was..." He glanced in Aya's direction, saddened further that she now had some guys head in her lap, not that he had right to feel that way, he'd just been playing an intense game of tonsil hockey with Serena a few minutes ago. "We'll go." He looked at Serena with an apologetic look and then back to Kai, though he was having a hard time meeting the guys eyes.
Collins grinned and nodded. "It's a must, you can't leave until you meet her, I won't let you." She grinned again and bit her bottom lip at the corner. "So talk away Xander, I'd love to hear you go on and on like I know you do with your family." She was too happy for her own good, wanting to wrap her arms around this tall guy again and again and never let go. She glanced at the stage at the girl singing and frowned. "Oh, if you have to up there, you can." She looked away from the stage, looking around for his tiny bubbly sister, Jackie. "Where's Jackie, I'll just listen to you play and chill with her for a bit until you get another break." She found his eyes again and smiled warmly. "I promise I'll be alright, I'd love to hear you play."
Chelsea squealed with surprise as Bo grabbed her from behind but smiled warmly at him as he kissed her cheek, she closed her eyes and bit her bottom lip, completely shocked. "I brought plenty of protection." She said, turning in his arms and opening her eyes. "Collins is here, but she's playing with her new boy toy." She pointed to the red head and the tall blue eyed beauty. "I haven't met him yet, but I figured I'd give them some alone time before intruding." She motioned with her hand to the rest of her friends. "I brought all of my friends. Mara." He pointed to the tiny brunette with a flowing sundress, black tights, and converse sneakers. "Garret and Grady Walker." She rolled her eyes at Garret. "Garret's a jerk, but we love to hate him. Grady's amazing, such a sweetheart. Atticus is the one with his hair in his face and scowling because Mara took his book away. We'll they've all been in school with each other since preschool, and then they graciously accepted me into their little group when I moved here." She was proud of their tight knit group of friends. "Did you bring Jersey and Jon?" She asked hopefully, crossing her fingers in front of him. "It's alright if you didn't."
Garret waved at Bo and walked right up to the both of them. "Hey I'm going to go find Aya." He pulled Chelsea's hair and patted Bo on the back. "Nice meeting you Bo, you've caught yourself a fine piece of ass." He laughed and started making his way through the crowd in search of the girl of the night.
