Diana smiled back and nodded. "I'm glad I actually have someone up here with me. There aren't many people besides my family that would come all the way to the top with me." She scratched the top of her head, her short purple hair flying around as she did.

Emile smiled, nodding slightly. It was always nice to share things with people, and he was sure much of his family would rather be with the civilisation of the town centre than out here with him. He grabbed a leaf from nearby and started writing on it like he had done before.
Thankyou for showing me, it's very pretty. I'm glad I could see it with you.
He passed the leaf over, smiling at Diana as he did.

Diana kept looking around until Emile passed her the leaf. She read through it and smiling, nodding. "No problem. I come up with my siblings sometimes, but after a while it gets a little boring. You know, when you live with them, you don't always want to see them. But it's nice to have someone up here. It would be fun to do it again."

Emile nodded, smiling. It was definately nice to be up in the tree with someone else. Infact he was really looking forward to it ever happening again. He started writing on the leaf again, looking up at the view every now and then.
I would love to come up here again. And it's more fun with you, maybe I'll beat you to the top next time.
He smiled again as he passed it over, daring to look down.

Diana looked around the scene while he write down his note, humming softly. She looked over at the note and laughed. "Sure. Maybe, but I doubt next time, unless you get some practice in between or something." The purple haired girl laughed again, not at him, but just one of her random laughs that came across her at times.

Emile couldn't help but laugh, albeit silently, she was right. There was no way he'd be able to beat her without practise, and if Mari had her way about things he'd be walking around carrying her shopping instead.
I can always dream
He smiled again, looking up at the sky. It was relxing up here, infact he felt like he could forget everything that troubled him back at home.

Diana would know a laugh if the person was mute or she was deaf. She was glad she could at least make Emile laugh as well, even though she wished she could hear it. Looking at the leaf, she smiled. "Course. Never said it wouldn't happen. Just not next time. But you'll probably eventually be able to beat me. You don't seem like the type to give up easily. That's good." She laced her fingers behind her head, sighing lightly. "Very good."

Emile nodded and smiled at Diana, he wouldn't give up. Although knowing him he'd probably only get to the same time as Diana and then never be able to get better. But he could dream, and he would. Kicking his legs slightly, he nudged a few of the leaves below. It was nice, just sitting up here.

Diana smirked lightly back at him, glad to see he was at least enthusiastic. Maybe she'd go easy on him next time, going a little slower, or pretending to trip up. Se played wit a little leaf on the branch she was sitting on, then looked back at him. "So do you have any brothers and sisters?" She hoped it would be an easy question for him to answer, not having to write too much.

Emile looked confused to begin with, thinknig of everyone in the house. The one he was closest to would be Mari sure, but they were all siblings really. He smiled after a while and nodded, writing on the leaf again.
I've got so many really. He rubbed the back of his neck slightly as he showed Diana the leaf.

Diana read the message, then laughed, nodding. "I know what you mean. I have a lot too. They're hard to keep up with at times. Like cousins." She laughed lightly, leaning on the trunk of the tree, and smirking lightly at him. "Any pets?"

Emile shook his head slightly. There seemed to be no pets in the entire house even though a few of his siblings wanted them. Maybe it was because some of them hated animals. He didn't know. After he'd thought about for a bit he smiled, pointing at Diana with a questioning look. He wanted to know what it was like in her house too.

Diana nodded, then sort of flinched back from his pointed fiver. "Us? Well... There's this wild squirelle the always hangs around me at my house so I count him. But we actually have a few pets; cats, dogs, a guine pig... But out most exotic one is our fox." She smirked. "Oh yeah, Felsha even claims us." She laughed, smiling brightly.

Emile let another silent laugh form, holding onto the branch for balance. He'd never heard of anyone having squirrels and foxes as pets. Although he liked to class any animals he met as his friends. Maybe if he looked after one and brought it home they'd all let it stay. Knowing some of his family though it'd be gone within a week. He tought for a moment, writing something down once again.
How did you get a fox as a pet?
He passed the leaf over once again, smiling.

Diana smiled as she watched him laugh, crossing her legs and placing her hands on the tree branch. She looked at the note and laughed lightly, shrugging. "My brother found her as a pup, her leg broken, and we patched her up. She got attached and came back, living under a large oak tree behind our house in the woods. When we moved, my brother brought her with us and she's adapted to the woods behind our new house." She smiled lightly. "Maybe you could meet her sometime?"
