Sakda kept his hands in his pockets as he walked beside his younger brother, the slightest pout on his face. "What's got you so down?" Sammy asked him. "Two thing(s). One: I don' see why I nee(d) to go wi(th) you. Two: I don' see why you wan(t) to go to the park of all place(s)." Sakda replied, his accent getting in the way of proving he did in fact know English now. Sammy shrugged, "It seems fun." He said simply, then smiled, "Besides, I like the swings!" "We are here." Sakda replied, sitting on a bench in the shade and pretending to be "cool." Sammy rolled his eyes, shaking his head at his older brother before going over to the swings and beginning to pump his way up higher and higher.

Click! Jaela snapped yet another picture of the flowers in a nearby bush. Click! And then again at a mango tree. "Jaela, come on. You can take plenty of pictures at the park. Trust me." called her older, and favorite sister, Elisabeth. "Coming!" she called out, snapping one last picture before rushing to catch up to Elisabeth, as they finally made it to the park. They would of made it sooner, that is, if Jaela hadn't taken so many stops just to snap some pictures of her surroundings. "I'm gonna go on the swings, Lissy!" Jaela called out almost as soon as they entered the playground area, Elisabeth giving a simple nod before heading over to a nearby bench to relax on; as well as keep an eye on Jaela, who seemed to be growing more and more into an adventurer from the twins. Always running off and whatnot. But, at least it was for a good cause. Her artwork.

Sakda slouched down on the bench, wishing he hadn't forgotten to grab his iPod. He let out a visible sigh, looking around a little until he nearly jumped out his seat. "Hey," He called to Elisabeth. "Aren't you one of the Black kids?"
Sammy was just jumping off the swing when he joined by a girl that seemed about his age. He was going back to his swing, only able to sit down before getting a better look at the girl, "JAELA?" He said excitedly, loudly. "Jaela, is that really you?" He asked her in disbelief.

Elisabeth was just making herself comfortable when she suddenly heard someone say something to her. She turned her head only to recognize one of the kids from Mab Town. "Oh, hey!" she smiled to him widely. "Yeah, I am actually. Weren't you one of the kids that came to our Christmas party back in MABtown?" she asked curiously, sure that he did.
Jaela was taking picture after picture of the surroundings, including of an empty swing she took in black and white, just because she thought it looked cool. She heard someone call her name then. Not her sister, a boy. Turning her head with the camera still upfront, she lowered it slightly only to spot Sammy right there in front of her. "Sammy?" she questioned at first, squinting her eyes to see if it really was him. "Sammy!" she squealed then, running straight at him, with her camera hung around her neck as she practically glomped him to the ground in excitement. "I didn't know you lived here now!"

Sakda nodded, "I was..." He began, before fading off. "I'm Sakda." He added, looking to the ground, his face a mixture of deep thought and shyness, "I didn't speak English back then..." He murmered to her.
Sammy could help but laugh as he got sent to the ground from Jaela's hug, hugging her back just as tightly. "I can't believe you're here!" He told her excitedly.

"I'm Elisabeth." she introduced back, her hand about to reach for his to shake, but then noticed his shyness level seemed to be even slightly higher than hers was. "Yeah, I've noticed, actually. It seems as though you've been practicing a lot though." she reassured him, "A lot better than the last time I saw you." she added in with a sweet smile.
Jaela continued hugging Sammy just as tightly as before, giggling just as much. "I can't believe you're here! I missed you!" she exclaimed, before finally letting go of the hug, and getting back to her feet as if just remembering something. "Oh! I got a new camera too. See?" she held up her new silver digital camera. "I've been taking so many pictures lately, I can't wait to show you!" she shouted, still so ecstatic that Sammy was actually here in the same town, same park as her. He was practically the only friend she had really. Her only best friend anyway.

Sakda looked down, fidgeting with his hands shyly. It was the first time anyone had complimented him on his English, and all he could do was smile. Clearing his throat and regaining his composure, he finally got out a small "thank you."
Sammy smiled, not able to stop, in as much disbelief as Jaela. He looked at her camera, "Wow, that's awesome!" He praised her. Smiling wider, he added, "Now we can take lots of pictures together!"

"Mhm." Elisabeth nodded with a simple smile to her, glancing over to where Jaela was, seeing that she found Sammy was here too. "So," she looked back to Sakda. "How's the rest of your family?"
Jaela nodded enthusiastically, holding up her camera suddenly and snapping yet another picture, this time, of Sammy unexpectedly. "Got you!" she giggled out, holding up her camera to show the picture she got of him with a silly face. "I'm keeping this one." she said, "It's funny."

"Uh... They're good..." Sakda replied, seeming awkward, but actually just hating that he had to speak English. Why couldn't it have been Beverly? He thought, knowing Elisabeth was related to her. Sammy laughed, trying to take the camera away, "How bad is it?" He asked, wanting to see the picture, and maybe sneak deleting it.

"That's good." she nodded, biting her lip slightly, trying to figure out a way to keep the conversation going without it going to awkward silence. "So, you think Sammy's been missing Jaela as much as she's been missing him?"
Jaela laughed, happily playing keep away from Sammy. "It's not all that bad, really." she told him, holding it higher up seeing as she was just barely taller than he was. "I'm not gonna give it to you, ya know. You're just gonna get me back with it!" she continued giggling.

Sakda looked over at the two kids playing with the camera. "I think so... He ha(s) no(t) been tha(t) happy in long time."
Sammy giggled, "I will not!" He told Jaela, still trying to get the camera. "Come on, just let me see it~" He whined.

Elisabeth nodded, also watching the two kids playing with the camera. "I don't think I've seen Jaela this hyped in quite a while either." she added in with a smile, giggling slightly after. "They're so cute."
Jaela looked at him then once he started whining. "Oh fine." she sighed, lowering the camera to him, with the picture already up so he could see it. "See? Told you its not that bad." she stuck her tongue out playfully.

Sakda smiled, "Yeah..." He muttered, also sensing the awkward atmosphere. "What do... what do you like to do again?" He asked her awkwardly. Sammy looked at the picture, laughing as he saw it. "It looks funny." He complained, but was just laughing instead of trying to delete the picture.

"Hm?" Elisabeth murmured looking back at Sakda when she heard his question. "Oh. Well, I like photography. Um, oh, I play the flute in the band at school, and I also enjoy helping out at the animal shelter." she answered him in her soft tone of voice. "What about you?"
"I told you it looks funny." Jaela repeated to him, snatching her camera away from him again, her eyes showing a sudden idea she got. "Ooo~ I have an idea! You go on the swing there and start swinging as high as you can, and I'll capture a really cool shot of you. It'll look so cool!" she explained enthusiastically.

Sakda's eyes widened, "You help at (the) animal shelter? I'm going to start doing that!" He told her, his mouth hanging open. Sakda smiled, "Okay," he said, getting onto the swing and beginning to pump his legs, trying to get up high quickly.
