Once Enzo was in the car, he examined it as if it were a space ship. It hadn't been that long since they lost his parent's old vehicle by moving, and already it seemed foreign to have something that could move on the road with half the bumps a bus would make in almost half the time. He tried not to make it so obvious he was staring so hard at the interior, muttering a simple, "Your car's nice." Before forcing himself to watch ahead of them.

A quiet ride it was, and Lindsey couldn't help but look over every once in a while to look at Enzo. It startled her just slightly though when he suddenly spoke up again. "Er, thanks." she grinned at him. She could tell that he was more of the quiet type. She's gotten used to that though, especially when she met up with her younger sister a little while back. "We're here." she said, pulling into a parking space before unbuckling herself, and sliding out of the car waiting for Enzo to follow close behind.

Enzo looked up more, realizing although he had been staring ahead, he hadn't actually been seeing anything. He let out a relieved smile and took off his seat belt, getting out of the car. He bit his lip, suddenly feeling sorry for not talking much during the ride over. He shoved his hands into his pockets, taking in the fresh air before they would go inside. "I'll have to be honest with you... It has to have been at least three years since I played a video game." He told Lindsey with a small laugh.

Lindsey giggled. "That's okay, 'cause its likely that I suck at video games myself." she teased, letting a wink slip out as she led him through the doors of the dark and rather noisy arcade. She looked around, looking for something the both of them would be decent at. "Oh! How about this?" she suggested, heading for one of the air hockey tables. "I haven't played this game in forever."

Enzo couldn't help but smile, recalling playing the game with his dad when he was a teen. "Sure." He said, even though he knew he was bad before, and was probably even worse now. "You'll see what I'm talking about." He told her playfully, a smile on his lips.

Lindsey gave a light laugh, sliding over his playing knob and grabbing her own before putting the quarters in the machine which had the game puck shoot out of her side. She grabbed it from the slot, set it on the table, watching it already slowly start to drift away, grinned, and slammed the puck towards Enzo's side, aiming it in the goal.

Enzo just missed the puck, laughing lightly as he took the puck out of the slot and put it back on the air hockey table, hitting it as hard as he could back over to her side.
((Skip this, Enzo loses? :b))

The score ended up to be five to three, and Lindsey and Enzo decided to walk around the arcade until something else caught their eye. "That was close game, you know. Honestly, I thought you would of beat me." she giggled.

Enzo shrugged, a soft smile on his face, "Well, y'know, I'm better than I remember." He said simply, "And I still lost." Trying to be non-chalant but failing, he put an arm awkwardly around Lindsey's shoulder, looking at the ground, determined.

Lindsey laughed at his reply. "Oh really? Well, maybe you'll get better if you keep practicing with me." she giggled, a bit flirtatiously after noticing his arm awkwardly wrapping around her. She couldn't help but laugh at this either. "You know." she stopped walking, and turned her head to meet his. "Confidence is key. If you want to place your arm around me. Do it with confidence." she suggested, playing up a wider smile then. "Although, your awkwardness is adorable." she finished, returning back to their walk, this time grabbing hold of his hand.

Enzo couldn't help but laughed ashamedly, her pointing out his mistake. He looked to the ground while lightly swinging their entangled hands, not able to help but feel a little giddy. "Forgive me." He told her, letting his French accent come out a bit, "it's been a couple years since I tried flirting with someone." He said, still not daring to look at her as he admitted he was flirting.

Lindsey laughed lightly, letting him swing their hands softly back and forth. "Well at least your trying again." she looked up to him, noticing he still wasn't looking directly at her. "But, a couple years, really? Have you really been so busy with your siblings that you don't even have time to flirt with a perfect stranger?" she asked, partly teasing at him, only to get him to glance at her for even a second with confidence.

Enzo nodded, then let out a light laugh, "Actually, I've been so busy working. In France I had three jobs. Day shift, night shift, and weekend shift." He explained. "I was lucky to convince a couple siblings to do housework, or I would have never seen my friends." He told her simply, his eyes continuously glancing to their entwined hands.

"Damn." Lindsey simply put, though part of her cursing was because she still couldn't believe that he still wouldn't even take a small second glance to her face, but instead to their entwined hands. She thought of what else to say that might have him look at her, and then one of the games in front of them caught her attention. "Hey! You wanna play some Dance Dance Revolution? Loser buys dinner." she suggested, smirking at the last part she added in. Without waiting for his response thought, Lindsey had already pulled him along towards the game, letting go of his hand to reach in her pockets for a few more quarters she had left.

Enzo finally looked up at her, a soft but playful smile on his face. "Sounds like a deal." He told her simply, letting her lead him to the DDR machine. I'm not very good at this either, though... He thought to himself, moreso just liking the fact that she wanted to have dinner with him.
