[/i]. She bravely crept into the butterfly exhibit to see the poor little victims. They were victims to beauty -- if they hadn't been as pretty as they were, someone would not have captured them and pierced their bodies heartlessly for a museum. And that was only just this museum in a tiny town, Paige thought. Her heart sped up just a little faster as she approached the butterflies. Maybe someone would stop her, and she could just leave without looking at the poor things. Maybe.[/blockquote][/ul]

Recently downloading her pictures off her camera Roxann was ready for another adventure. She didn't mind going on adventures alone but she preferred being around people. She was up to taking more than 500 pictures a day. She couldn't' help that everything threw her eyes looked beautiful. She believed that you could never capture any moment or view in a picture but she wasn't going to let that stop her.
No one in her family really cared to much about museums except for her older sister Sophia. She would have asked her oldest sister to join her if Sophia wasn't gone from the house. She wasn't exactly sure were Sophia went, but it didn't matter she was only here to take pictures. She didn't really care about the history or what the exhibits were about.
After riding her bright orange bike for twenty minutes to get to the museum she locked it up at the closest bike post she could find. Before she even went inside she stood outside for a moment amazing at how large the building before her was. She snapped a few pictures enjoying herself before even entering the museum. After a few minutes she finally decided to venture into the building. She went threw each section slowly capturing pictures of every single thing.
As she was about to walk into the butterfly part of the museum, unaware what section she was headed for, she noticed someone seeming to hesitate in the door way. "Are you ok?" She asked what she now knew was a girl. "You look a little flustered." She pointed out as she was now standing next to the girl.

[/i] was a term used to identify her often, so nobody thought much of it when she cried herself into hysterics over the insects. Didn't it bother anyone, though? Didn't it concern anyone to know that those little pretty things on the wall had been stabbed to death and that they were basically like dead bodies left in the streets? Butterflies had always had the short end of the stick with fate when they lived in cities and towns. Whilst they were prettier than anything, they were also being killed mercilessly. Suddenly, Paige heard someone talk behind her and she jumped. "Are you okay?" a female voice asked. As she kept talking, Paige whirled around and came face-to-face with an older-looking girl with dark red hair. She looked to be about Emma's age, and she was very pretty. "Er, I'm okay," Paige replied meekly, not wanting to launch into a butterflies-are-living-things-too speech. "It's just... the butterflies."[/blockquote][/ul]

((No worries )) Roxann studied the girl that was standing in front of her. She figured the girl was a few years younger than her, maybe in eighth grade or something. . As the girl jumped her eyes widened," Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to startle you."
Roxann wondered how someone could look so sad standing in what she thought was one of the most beautiful exhibits in the museum. It couldn't be the exhibit this girl was afraid of or sad about. Maybe somethings wrong, like someone was chasing her or maybe she was running away from home. She couldn't quiet her thoughts until the younger girl spoke up again.
After hearing the girl mention the butterflies Roxann looked around the room filled with multicolored butterflies. Each unique and beautiful in their own way. She almost forgot about the younger girl next to her as she looked around the room in awe. She loved things that were colorful and this room was the most colorful one she saw today. That is other than what her room looked like when she was younger.
She shook her head remembering there was still someone next to her. What did she say again? She hatted it when she got off track by thinking to much. She looked down at the ground trying to remember. Oh yeah! She screamed in her head as her eyes lit up remembering what the girl said. Then a puzzled look crept across her face. "The butterflies?" She repeated confused. "Are the butterflies going to kidnap you?!?" She said in a concerned tone. She slapped her hand to her for head realizing what she just said. She felt stupid and figured this girl probably thought she was insane. "What about the butterflies?" She asked wishing that was her first question and hoping the girl didn't catch what she had said before. She was known for blurting out things with out thinking about them first.

[/i] Paige brushed off what appeared to be a quasi-apology with a shrug. "No worries. I have to expect people will be in a museum... especially when there's pretty things stabbed to the walls." She realized what she had just said and bit her tongue. People already thought she was a little crazy; no need to add to the rumours. "Sorry." It was a word she said a lot, always apologizing for something that she shouldn't be, all because someone thought she wasn't their exact shade of normal. She hated it, but it was necessary when she had literally just met someone and said something sort of... weird. Paige looked at the girl. Her hair was pretty, all red and long. She looked genuinely concerned by Paige's behaviour, which was something to be expected with strangers, so Paige wasn't annoyed. She watched as the girl looked all around and nearly got lost in the butterflies. They were beautiful, Paige agreed wholeheartedly. "The butterflies?" Paige watched, slightly confused, as the girl obviously tried to re-remember what Paige had said and then spoke with her own look of confusion. "Are the butterflies going to kidnap you?"Paige giggled. It wasn't everyday someone said something like that. She watched as the girl slapped her head rather weirdly and attempted to recuperate. Paige bit her tongue, suddenly sobered. "They're all dead. Doesn't that bother you?"[/blockquote][/ul]

((Don't worry about it there's no rush There's going to be days where I can't respond either ;D )) While smiling Roxann nodded as Paige explained about the people in the museum. She had a good point, but Roxann was pretty jumpy herself so she probably would have done the same thing. She raised an eye brow at the mention of things being stabbed. She never though of them that way, but staring at the butterflies close up did make her a bit squeamish. She looked at Paige a little confused, "Sorry about what?" She always asked everyone that, even sometimes when she knew why they said it, but this time she had no idea.
Roxann smiled when Paige giggled after her stupid question. She was surprised Paige didn't run away or something seeing how Roxann looked a little crazy. Thinking about it if Roxann was younger she probably would have thought that person is insane after hearing what had come out of her own mouth.
Her thoughts were put to a stop again when Paige started talking. She was somewhat thankful she never couldn't control her thoughts even if she tried. Of course the girl asked her a question which would lead to more thoughts but this time it actually called for thinking unlike before. She looked at the butterfly's on the walls once more trying to think of an answer to the question that was presented to her. "Um ... Well I do get a little creeped out looking at them close up but from far away they don't look to bad. From far away all you see is colors." She shrugged unsure if that even answered the girls question. "This would definitely be the only exhibit I wouldn't take pictures of." There was something about taking pictures of butterflies that excited her. She loved how challenging it was to creep up on them to get the one shot they would allow before they flew away. Being in this room made all the excitement of taking pictures slowly fade away. She did admit to herself that the colors and designs were amazing. Some of these butterflies she would probably never see anywhere else but here.

(Ugh, three days later. Also, Paige is such an extremist, haha.)[/i] after Paige had apologized reflexively. "Well," she explained with reddening cheeks, "people don't really like it when I say stuff out of the blue, I guess. So I say sorry a lot." Paige wondered if the girl agreed with her butterfly pro-life movement, and if she preferred them fluttering around daintily rather than being ancient corpses stuck on a foam insert and hung on the wall. She wondered if the girl thought it was sort of cavalier for people to resort to killing things in order to show the world their beauty, and she wondered if the girl had come into the butterfly exhibit to admire the work or to look on in disgust. Then her eyes strayed to a camera in the girl's hands. "Don't they have a policy against cameras in museums?" she thought out loud, and then blushed. "I mean... never mind." Immediately after, the girl revealed that she did feel a little creeped out with closeups, and how she wouldn't take pictures in this exhibit. Paige was a little relieved to know she wasn't in the presence of a butterfly-pinning supporter. It would have been a little awkward and infuriating if the girl with the camera was here to snap photos of dead things, as some people liked to do.[/blockquote][/ul]

((lol I can't even say how many days later it's been for me I'm so sorry for it being so long. ))
Roxann laughed after Paige explained herself. "Well you don't have to worry about saying things out of the blue with me. Thinks are more interesting that way." She shrugged maybe she was the only one that thought that way.
As Paige talked about taking photos in the museum Roxann looked down at her camera. She thought about it for a second taking into consideration of what Paige said. She had completely forgot that museums didn't allow people to have their cameras. Then again she did know some of the people that work at the museum so maybe they let her off the hook. "Hm that's a good question. You know now I think about it I just walked threw the door with my camera around my neck and no one mentioned a thing to me. "She shrugged again." Oh well I'll just keep taking pictures till someone says something." She always seemed to think that way, but in a way it worked for her.
Roxann looked around the room one more time then a thought popped in her head. "Why do you come in here if it bothers you?" It was obvious that the girl next to her didn't enjoy walking into this exhibit. It didn't really makes sense to Roxann.
