Alright guys, I know none of you are strangers to the concept of IM. You get how it works, but how does it work on Riverside? That's simple! Threads. If you're starting an IM conversation, it's just like starting a new thread with someone!
The difference in this is that some people and this is that some people might choose to use a template. This isn't required, but it does make everything look classy and neat. Plus, it gives a little personality to your posts!
What is a template and where can I get one?
A template is a code you paste into your post every time you are going to reply to the thread. It usually includes a picture of your character,a short status, and their screen name. If you're good at coding, you can make one yourself. If you're not such a coding whiz, you can choose one of the many offered on Caution 2.0. We do have Enhanced UBBC tables enabled on Riverside. The enhanced templates can be found here.
