Mari fluttered along ahead of Emile, her tiny wings carrying her tiny body easily through the trees and bushes. She wasn't going to wait for him, she never did. He should have learnt by now that she was in charge as she was the one going to be princess one day and he would be her servant.
Emile just shook his head slightly, weaving through the trees after her on foot. His little fairy friend had a habit of going off in whatever direction she felt like and as the elf connected to her somehow he had to follow no matter where she took them. He didn't complain though, infact he hardly spoke. No one could understand why but Mari didn't have a problem with it, she spoke enough for both of them put together.

Mari darted around in the air as fast as she could, checking in bushes before popping up again and stopping dead in her tracks. A young girl, a normal girl from what she could tell, was sat not that far infron of her and ideas started forming in her head.
Emile saw the sparkle in MAri's eyes, trying to get her to stop without making a sound. Inside his head he was shouting, but on the outside his eyes were just looking at the fairy sternly. He couldn't bring himself to create any sound to actually make her stop what she was about to do.
Mari looked at her companion, ignoring whatever look he gave her as she darted into the bush again and rushed straight for the girl. Stopping a mear inch away from the girls face Mari smiled, her whole body about the same length as the girl's head.
"Hi!"

Mari grinned, putting her hands on her hips. She was going to have fun today. Circling the girls head a few times Mari stopped once again just slightly further from the girls face as she had been before.
"What's your name?" She leant forward ever so slightly, raising her eyebrow as if to wait for an answer.
Emile shook his head, walking over to the girl himself. He had an apologetic look on his face as he walked closer. Giving Mari yet another stern look, Emile faught the erge to flick her, mainly because she just wasn't listening to him. But if he did he'd be hearing about it non-stop for as long as she remembered it. He'd had the same experience last time he'd flicked her, and he could still feel the headache now. That and she bit... hard.

Emile started to shake his head, answering the question, before ari decided she still wanted to be the centre of attention. Mari flew infrot of the view of Emile, putting her hands on her hips.
"Emile here doesn't talk, so I have to talk for him." She grinned, flying around the girls head again.
Emile sighed slightly, watching her before looking back at Lucy and signing an apology. Mari was hard work sometimes, especially when she wanted to be treated like a princess. Unfortunately for Emile that was all the time, but he didn't mind most of the time.
