Loreto doubled checked his things, making sure he had everything before grabbing his wallet and pulling out a card when Aeron mentioned something about paying for the room. "That sounds good. I'll go ahead and pay for the room." he said, holding up the card before sliding it back in his wallet which went in his back pocket. "So...I'm all ready. How 'bout you?" he asked not two minutes later when he had his suitcase in his hand.

Aeron looked around, double checking everything. "Yeah, I got everything." He replied simply, slinging the bag over a shoulder. He pulled on some socks he had from the night before and put on his shoes, slinging his jacket over an arm. "Le'sgo." He slurred, still feeling a bit groggy.

Loreto nodded, leading out the door with his bag slung over his shoulder and headed down to check out. He led Aeron to the front desk, and handed the lady their room keys before a credit card to pay for their unusual stay. He smiled back at the lady with a friendly gesture and continued out the hotel following Aeron to the airport next to catch the next flight.

Aeron managed to wave down a taxi, and their ride was silent. Aeron's mind was still full of questions. How legal was what happened last night? (Besides the drinking itself, that was.) Had they done anything? Aeron shifted at the thought, glancing quickly at Loreto. He stopped himself from blushing, sure he'd thought about it, but when he was drunk, he knew he got a bit... slutty. Was Loreto the same? There seemed to be no staining in the bed or when he showered, so he tried to push that particular thought away. He leaned back, looking outside the taxi's window as they made their way to the airport, seeing but not watching the sights of Las Vegas zooming by. He bit his lip, hoping Loreto wasn't expecting him to say anything, as he clenched his backpack closer to his chest, as if it was some sort of comfort for what he'd face when he got home.

The ride to the airport seemed a lot longer than Loreto expected. Probably because of how awkwardly silent it was. He thought about saying something, but at the same time, he didn't want to make the ride even more awkward than it already was. He had even opened his mouth a few times, whenever he felt the need to say something, but within two seconds, he shut his mouth back up again. Things between him and Aeron were already kind of weird...he didn't want to make it worse than it had to be. A few minutes later, they arrived at the airport. Loreto led the way out of the car, gathering his belongings before leading off into the airport to buy their tickets. He thought it'd be better to be silent rather than try to make things seem more pleasant.

After they had bought the airline tickets, Aeron let out a frustrated sigh. "You said your sister's coming to pick us up? She doesn't like me does she?" He asked Loreto suddenly as they were heading to security. Knowing Loreto would be curious what he was talking about, he added simply, "I looked at your text this morning. It's the same sister, right?"

Loreto nearly jumped with surprise when he heard Aeron finally speaking to him again. Even more so when he brought up his sister, Alex. "Oh. Um..." before he could answer though, Aeron added in one more thing. "Yeah. I mean, yeah its the same sister. I--um..I don't know if she likes you or not..I mean, she hasn't even officially met you yet. So who knows if she likes you or not, right?" he bit his lip, looking ahead of them again, trying to focus more on finding their boarding area rather than Alex impatiently waiting for them to land back in Riverside. He didn't even want to picture her face right now, he was so nervous.

Aeron could only let out an out-of-character shy chuckle. Man, this kid... He thought to himself, still stealing glances at Loreto every so often in between looking for the gate. Thinking he found it, he double checked his ticket and pointed to it. "It's there."

Loreto looked over to where Aeron was pointing, and relieved that they had found it, they started their way over there, with great timing too. The lady at the desk just announced it was time to start boarding. Loreto handed the lady his ticket and led Aeron onto the plane, searching for their seats next. He slid into his seat, next to the window, and quickly pulled out his phone. "Guess I should tell Alex we're just about to take off." he mumbled, typing out a quick text before clicking send.

Aeron nodded absent mindedly, not really thinking about arriving at the moment. He let himself relax after putting away his carry on and putting on his seat belt. After flying so much when he was younger, airlines never bothered him. He thought about the marriage certificate being kept safe in his laptop, or what he was going to tell his mom. Does she have to know? He thought.

A few hours and quite a bit of awkward silence passed between them since their first take off. The captain had just turned on the seatbelt sign, announcing that they'll be landing in a few moments. Loreto took a slow and easy breath, trying to keep himself calm without thinking of his easily irritable and protective sister waiting for them. Every chance he got, he would send her a text trying to calm her down even a little bit. It kind of worked...but then again, you could never tell through text messages. Finally, the plane was landing. Once it stopped completely, Loreto managed to unbuckle himself, standing up to stretch a bit before following Aeron out into the aisle to grab his carry-ons up above.

Aeron pulled his carry-on carelessly as he just it fall into his arms and he put the backpack on his back. Not seeming to have been able to pay attention at all, he stopped Loreto before they got to he gate and pull him off to the side. "What's going to happen here?" He asked his now-husband. "I mean like, what are we telling our parents? The rest of our family?"

Loreto slung his bag over his shoulder and slowly made his way off the plane and threw the doors to Riverside where Alex would be waiting. He got stopped just before he could exit the plane however, and turned his body back to Aeron, biting his lip nervously. "Oh. Um..." he really didn't know what he would end up telling his family...much less Toni, or worse...Alex. "Well...I mean, I don't think they have to know about it just yet...We'll tell them later, I mean, I'm sure we'll have to eventually. But...not now, not just yet...." You could tell that Loreto was more scared and nervous than ever. He turned back in front of him and led Aeron back off the plane, and kept his eyes open for his sister.
And sure enough, there she was. Standing there, eyebrows furrowed, and her lips curled in a snarl and her arms crossed over her chest. Immediately, Loreto jumped further ahead of Aeron heading straight for her, seeing if he could at least cool her down a bit before she got the chance to meet Aeron. "Alex, look I'm sorry..I don't know what happend, I..." Alex just stood there like a statue, her eyes not even glancing over to Aeron. Though, you could see in the depth of her eyes that there was worry. Worry for her little brother. Her best friend. "Let's just go. Vamos!" she said simply, leading the boys to the baggage claim followed by out of the stuffy airport and to Toni's car which she had borrowed.

Aeron nodded, following Loreto out to his sister. He couldn't help but scowl at this girl who seemed to not even notice he existed. He followed them out, knowing he and Loreto were probably going to their individual death beds once they got home.

After they had gotten their bags from the check-in and stuffed them in the trunk of the car, Loreto slid into the front seat, as Alex had told him to, and once Aeron was settled in the back, and without hesitation, Alex sped off onto the freeway back home. It was definitely quiet for the first, what it seemed like, five minutes riding in the car. An awkward silence to be more specific. Loreto just sat there, his hands folded in his lap, looking out the window, just thinking of a way to break this silence. He turned his head just as Alex did to him, and was about to say something, however, Alex beat him to it once she glanced at his hands. "Where'd you get that ring?" Loreto's heart skipped a beat at that question just then. He knew he shouldn't tell her just yet, especially before Toni. But what else was he suppose to do? He hesitated, "Um..." stuttering a bit before glancing back at Aeron for some help.
