This household is owned by a very wealthy family, the Everdeens. It was originally a vacation home for the family, but when Molly and Cole decided to move to Riverside from their hometown of Seattle, Washington, they decided to convert the spacious three floor home. They way it is divided up, the home feels like a boarding house.

Hunter, Aeryn, and Spencer all came to this town for a fresh start. They had all been unhappy at home, and were misfits in their families.
Hunter was abandoned by his parents at the age of three, and was passed from foster home to foster home. He eventually ended up here, and lived with the Everdeen family from the age seventeen until he turned eighteen. The family had treated him well, so he decided to stay here in Riverside. He moved into here, and was the first non Everdeen relative to live here.
Aeryn came here not long after her band had kicked her out. She was their lead singer, and has amazing voice, but the guitarist's girlfriend decided she wanted in. So they replaced Aeryn with the less pretty, and less talented girl. Aeryn had moved here all the way from the UK, so she had nowhere else to go, and certainly didn't want to go back to the person hell she had the pleasure of calling home. She met Spencer, and it was history. She has made a makeshift family for herself here.
Spencer came to town, broken, literally. She grew up as an only child in a home that wasn't fit for any child to live. She was abused all the way up until she ran away at the age of sixteen. Her father had broken her wrist, and she left that night, only bringing a few of her belongings. Spencer hates hospitals now, because every time she was sent there, which was almost every month, they always sent her back with her parents, even though she pleaded with them. She vowed then, that if she ever had kids, she would never lay a hand on them. Hunter found Spencer, sitting at a bus stop, in the middle of winter. The Everdeen family paid for her hospital bills, and she grew close to Hunter. He is the older brother she never had.
Molly and Cole moved here from Seattle just before Julian was born. Julian came after a horrid car accident, that cause him to be born early. The driver who hit her car had been drunk. She was rushed to the hospital, barely hanging onto life. She died on the operating table, but they managed to save her, and her son.
Noah moved in with his daughter when he came back from Wyoming. With her mother gone, he thought it would be good for Sophia to be surrounded by family. They have been living there for three years now. Her mother had to move back to England when she was only six months old.
Chris is Noah's best friend, and the guitarist for their band. Both Noah and Chris grew up in a gated community in the Seattle area, they were neighbors. He decided to move back with Noah.
Seth is the bassist for Noah's band, The Crimson Masquerade. He grew up in Riverside, and had a normal and happy childhood. His parents have been very supportive of his choices. Seth moved in to the house because he wanted to be out on his own, and is was just the most convenient choice of living arrangements.
