Trinity glanced over at Greg every other moment or so to see how he was doing. He was surprisingly learning rather quickly. It was possible she would be able to get him on the register by the end of the day even. "You're doing pretty good for your first day." she complimented, glancing back to the next few customers, getting their orders before passing it down to Greg again.

"Thanks." It wasn't as bad as it seemed, actually it was pretty easy now that he had the hang of it. Greg may be lazy, but he was a very fast learner if he applied himself. Greg found that he could handle the orders Trinity gave him with ease as the day wore on.

Trinity called out order after order to Greg, and truthfully, she actually thought he would slow down after some point or another. But, he didn't. He kept on it, and stayed on his toes. "Hm.." she thought with a small smirk forming her lips as she gazed upon him once more. "How about after break, I show you the cash register next." she offered to him, taking another order before repeating it back to Greg seeing if he could handle some multi-tasking too.

"Oooo, I get a break?" Greg teased, grinning as he began working on the next order. "That works I guess. Working cash register isn't harder than this, is it?" He finished the orders, placing his hands on his hips. "Do we get free food too? Cuz I'm hungry and I totally forgot to pack lunch."

Trinity giggled. "Well, we'll see. Depends if it gets super busy today or not. Normally if its really slow, we start sending people home." she explained, grabbing another guys order, repeating it down to Greg after ringing up the customer. "It sort of depends actually. You seem like a fast learner, so it may not be so hard for you." she smiled, letting out another giggle after. "As for free food...they don't let you off that easily. Instead, we get discounts. Better than nothing though, right?" she giggled, catching another two orders and repeating them over to Greg again.

"I see. Well, there are only two of us here. I don't see how it would help to send one home." Greg got the order done quickly, frowning a bit. "I suppose. Free food sounds better though. Guess I can't be picky." Greg grinned as he got the last two orders done before turning back to Trinity. "So, how much of a discount do we get?"

Trinity let out a giggle, turning back around to lean on the counter once they had a break from customers. "We get about 10% discount I believe. It's not much, but its something, right? Better than nothing, I mean." she shrugged, grabbing her thermos to sip on before the next few customers flew in. She swung back around and took their orders and repeated them back to Greg to fulfill them.

Greg sighed a bit in relief when there was a tiny break, taking a few gulps of his coffee. "Yeah, I guess." When more customers came in Greg groaned lightly, not loud enough for anyone to hear. He was starting to wonder why so many people came here, and found himself wishing it was time for work to be over. God, working is not meant for a person like me.

Trinity glanced over to Greg a few times just to check up on how he was doing. And from the looks of it, he seemed to be getting tired, as if he wanted the day to be over already. She just grinned, and chuckled under her breath as she got another order, repeating it back to Greg again. Once they got another break from customers then, Trinity noticed a couple other employees coming in now. She smiled and waved to them as they came in behind the counter to clock in and ready themselves for work. Trinity giggled then, glancing back over to Greg again. "Well, then. Looks like maybe you'll be able to get off a little early after all. Got some more workers in today."

Greg perked his head up at Trinity's statement and felt like melting in relief. He really didn't like working, and if he didn't absolutely need this job, at least until he got his photography career off the ground, he definitely wouldn't be here. Of course, knowing Greg, he'd be here for a while. "Oh, seriously? That's awesome. What about you? Are you getting off too? You have been here as long as I have."

Trinity laughed, a little too hard maybe. She wasn't positive, but it certainly sounded like Greg wanted to get out of this place as fast as possible already. And they had only been there for hardly an hour. "Wow, don't sound too depressed now," she giggled out sarcastically, "I'm not saying you're gonna be getting off now. I'm sure I'll have to show you some other things around the place first. But who knows, maybe we'll get off at the same time in the next few hours." she shrugged her shoulders, ending herself with a simple smile to him.

"Uuuuhhh." Greg let out an overly-dramatic groan, even throwing his head back. "We've been here like, all day!" He was exaggerating, he knew that they'd only been there about an hour. "God, do customers always come in like this in the first hour?" He shifted the cap on his head, walking over to lean against the counter. "What other things do you have to show me?"

Trinity let out a small laugh, shaking her head at Greg's expressions. "You exaggerate way too much, you know that?" she said, leading him to the back room, where all the baking was held. "And normally on a weekday, yes. Most people like to get their coffee here before heading to work themselves." she explained to him, showing him around the baking facilities next. "Anyway...in case you're ever sent to pull out the next batch of goodies, this is where you go." she told him, getting ahead to open the oven door and pulled out a full pan of fresh cinnamon rolls. "And don't you dare even think about stealing one." she added in, half seriously and half jokingly, as she let a smile peak out at him.

"So I've been told. Mostly from my mom." Greg grinned, following Trinity into the back room. He briefly wondered if she found him annoying, but figured most people did and didn't worry too much about it. "People would save money if they made their own coffee." He said, half joking. He nodded at her instructions, rolling his eyes at the last part. "Yes Mother." They probably aren't that good anyway... He thought, tugging on his hat again.

"Well, maybe people don't have coffee at home as good as ours." she suggested, shrugging her shoulders as she pulled out another tray of hot goodies. Trinity rolled her eyes at his remark, though her smile was still visible to him as she shook her head. "I'm just saying...we've actually had a couple workers sneak a piece or two and have gotten in trouble for it. I just don't want to see you get in trouble so soon here." she shrugged.
