"That's unfortunate." Greg shook his head lightly, adjusting his hat again. He didn't see why people would spend so much money for some coffee, if they had cream and sugar it should be fine. Then again, this was coming from a guy who wouldn't leave his bed unless forced. "Maybe they didn't do it right then. There's a specific way you gotta sneak things. I don't know what it is though." He shrugged with a grin. "I won't get in trouble. Not for taking food, not worth it." Greg would most likely get in trouble for not doing work honestly.

Trinity simply nodded in return and continued pulling out and pushing things back in the oven. It was Greg's next comment that grabbed her attention again. "Hm...from what your saying, it sounds like your a bit of a troublemaker in your own way. I mean, I don't really care, but just don't think I'll be the one to bail you out all the time...." she finished in a sing-song voice.

Greg rolled his eyes at he watched Trinity. "Me? A troublemaker? That implies work, and if you hadn't noticed I'm more inclined towards the non-working activities, like sleeping." He stuck his hands in his back pockets, continuing to watch the blonde in front of him. He found himself wondering what she actually thought about him. Considering what had happened back in the mall the other day, was that a one time thing? Greg knew he didn't want it to be, but he wasn't sure if Trinity would want to pursue anything else. "Well, I'm glad I'll be able to call on you if I ever need help."

Trinity scoffed, with a light giggle towards the end. "Then why did you apply for this job in the first place? If you don't care to do any real work...hm?" she asked him, crossing her arms as if she were putting pressure on him, though she was sure she wasn't. She even gave a toothy grin to show she was just playing.

"Because my mom made me. She told me it was time for me to get off my lazy butt and do something with my life." He shrugged, sticking his hands in his front pockets again. "So I applied for the first job I saw. Honestly I didn't think I would get this job." Greg probably shouldn't have been telling her this but hey, he was Greg.

Finally, after a few more hours of being shown around and handling the very beginning of the lunch rush Greg's shift was over. He pulled the apron from around his neck, he'd had to put it on once he learned how to handle the food and began preparing that as well, and strolled from behind the counter, turning around to walk backwards, watching Trinity to see if she was getting off too.

After the lunch rush was finally over, Trinity went ahead and let Greg off early while she finished up her own duties. It took about maybe ten minutes, but as soon as she was clocked out, she hung her apron back up, tossed her hat in her bag and started out of the shop when she noticed Greg was still standing there waiting. Waiting for her? She was guessing that was the case. "Hey...what's wrong? You didn't wanna leave the place without me?" she asked, giggling lightly.

Greg rolled his eyes, sticking his hands in his pockets. "I coulda left if I wanted. I was being a gentleman and waiting to see if you wanted me to walk you home or to your car or wherever." And he wanted to spend more time with her outside of work. He knew there was a spark or something between them, something he hadn't felt since his last girlfriend, which had been quite a while, and he wanted to see where they could take it. Not that he would tell Trinity that, not yet anyway.

"Ah, I see." Trinity nodded. "Well, I did drive here. So you wanna walk me to my car, then?" she asked nonchalantly, as she reached in her bag for her car keys next. She could tell that he liked her. What wasn't to like? Trinity was used to it. She figured she'd just roll with it for now. Who knows? Maybe she'll take more of a liking to him, too. After they had gotten to know each other more.
