Elisabeth scrambled into the library, eager to set down her books she had been carrying from her locker. Dropping her books onto the first table she spotted, she sat down with a sigh, checking her phone for the time. "Ugh, so much homework, so little time." she groaned. Damn, I knew I shouldn't of taken those AP classes. she sighed once again, opening her math text book to start off with. "Might as well start with the worst." she grumbled, rummaging through her bag for a freshly sharpened pencil and paper, flipping through the pages to find her first problem to solve, her eyes glued to the numbers in concentration.

Jiro walked aimlessly through the library halls. Though he did have some homework to attend to he really didn't want to deal with it. With was odd for Jiro who has always gotten straight to the point and always concentrated on his work. He sigh and ran his hand through his jet black hair, and gave up. He walked towards the p section of the library. He had to research on Aristotle and his six element on play and write a 7 page essay about how it affected Sophocles "Oedipus". Once he found his book, he walked at a slow pace and found a table to sit in. He took out his notebook and open the book, he started writing down notes.

Glancing back and forth between her textbook and paper, Elisabeth grew impatient and irritated with this work already. After slamming her pencil down, she closed the book with more care, and stared blankly at all her other books scattered across the table top for a moment or two. With that moment up, Elisabeth gave out another sigh, grabbing a book she had to read for her English class. The Catcher in the Rye. Even though she had already read that book a couple times before school even started. Turning to the first page, she glanced up, watching more people show up and leave, and glanced back down beginning the first chapter of her readings.

Jiro heard a noise that broke his concentration. He looked up and just a few tables away from him was a pretty girl. He smiled in amusement his eyes twinkling with Mischief , he let out a low chuckle and shook his head. He looked at the book that she closed . so math was the cause of her distress. He sigh and looked back at his book, if he had time he would had help her.

Turning the next couple pages, Elisabeth made it to the second chapter. She certainly felt more relaxed now. She always had whenever she held a good book in her hands. It was one of the few things that actually soothed her from her frustrations or troubles she's been having. She was about to continue on to the next chapter in her book, when she started having this weird feeling of someone watching her. Lowering her book below her eyes, she spotted a boy at the table across from her, looking as if he had just turned his head away as soon as he saw her book lower to take a look at him. She smiled, shaking her head lightly, rising the book back to her eye-level again continuing to read.

Jiro decided to take a chance and continue to stare at her. He grinned , it seemed to him that she was really enjoying that book. He sigh and look down at his notebook, so far he had only written about 3 pages worth. All he needed now was four more, but...he looks back at the girl. He couldn't seem to concentrate, and this project wasn't due till next Monday. Jiro shook his head and brought a hand towards his head, just what in the heck was wrong with him.

Elisabeth continued reading without any further distractions. Well, except for the feeling she had across the way. Stopping in one of her mid-sentences, she stared blankly at the book, biting her lip, debating whether or not to take a look herself if the boy truly was staring at her some more. Making her final decision, she marked her page before closing it, setting it down back where she had left it, glancing up in front of her without her head moving upwards. She smiled, rather stupidly, as she piled her books back together, figuring she wasn't gonna be able to finish her homework now that she had a distraction.

Jiro continue writing but once he got the fifth page he stopped. Not because wanted to of course, it was mainly because he could get a though together and therefore could concentrate leaving him with no other option then to take a break. He closed his notebook and placed it inside of his messenger bag. Leaving his book open , so if he where to be caught staring he could pretend to be reading. He once again looked ahead of him and towards the girl that is occupying his every thought.

Elisabeth had thought about leaving a couple times, just because she had other places to go to. Though a part of her wanted to stay. Something about that boy across from her was just so curious. She wanted to say something. Anything. Am I really that intriguing to stare at? she thought about saying at first, but decided against it, being how shy she was, she instead pulled out her daily planner and a pen, checking things off of what she did and what she needed to do next as far as school goes. She glanced her eyes up a couple of times just to see if the strange boy was still looking at her, but other than that, she set her pen down, and pulled out her music book in between two other textbooks she decided to study from next.

Jiro sigh and gently place his heated forehead on top of the book. Letting the cool paged cool down his heated skin. Darn it he couldn't concentrate, what was this unnerving feeling. He wanted to slam his hand against a wall or do something relief this uncomfortable feeling. He glanced up decide that he would talk to her. Just a simple hi, how are you would do him well. He glance at his book and smirk, what perfect opportunity to get up and casually put the book away.

Elisabeth flipped through pages of her music book until finding the notes she was in need of studying for the most. Ah, if only I brought my flute today. Not like I could play it in the library. she shrugged, leaning back in her chair reading off each note carefully, letting it process into her brain until it was fully memorized. Almost forgetting about the curious looking boy, Elisabeth quickly made a glance up in front of her, watching the boy place his head against the open book. This made her giggle slightly. She shook her head lightly returning her attention back to the music notes.

Jiro got up and walked towards were he found the book, quickly placing it in the correct place, once he did that he started to walk back . He hoped that she didn't leave, because finding her again would be a challenge. Once he reach her table he went towards the seat across from her. "Hey, do you mind if I sit here" He gave her a kind smile, hoping that she would at least pay him any mind.

Turning the page to the next set of notes, Elisabeth nearly jumped at the sound of a strange boy's voice. She perked her head up, taking a good look at what seemed to be the same boy that had been staring at her earlier as she was staring back as well. She shook her head at his question, "Um, not at all. Go for it." smiling stupidly as she twiddled her fingers with the pages of the book she was studying. Biting her lip then, she hesitantly introduced herself, "I'm Elisabeth."

"Hello Jiro." Elisabeth said softly, still a bit shy. She looked back down at the book she was reading before, and without looking back up she nodded her head as a response to his question, "One of my favorite hobbies actually." she smiled lightly, looking back up slowly. "What about you?" she paused, twiddling with the page of her book some more. "I saw you writing some sort of essay earlier. How long was it exactly?" she asked, sounding more confident in herself, as she was curious to know him some.
