Driving into the beach parking lot, Jasmine sat in her car for a short moment, looking out the window, watching summer slowly start to take over. She sighed, wondering how he was doing. After all, she hasn't seen him at all since before the hurricane happened. Sure they've been texting each other, but she was still worried. Worried that something had happened to him that he wasn't saying through texts. She got out of the car then, her beach towel in one hand and bag over the other shoulder, but before she set foot on the sand, she pulled out her phone and began texting him. Hey babe. Just wondering how you were doing...and that i miss you. She paused for a second to glance back up at the beach, watching as most of the sand was covered with kids, but most of all, couples. She tilted her head back down into her phone finishing the text. In case you happen to be in town...I'm at the beach, by the #7 lifeguard tower. I really miss you. xoxo Jas She slipped her phone back in her bag again and headed out towards where she said she would be. Once at the spot, Jasmine set her things down, rolling out her towel on the warm sand with her beach bag just on the corner of it as she sat down, pulling out some sunscreen to put on before laying down for a tan. Once that was done, she slipped back on her sunglasses, laying down on her backside in her new red bikini she had shopped for beforehand, hoping today would become of something good for her, like getting an even tan for the start of her summer vacation.

Lanh pulled his phone out of his pocket, not able to help but smile as he saw it was his girlfriend. Ohh, the beach? Be there in a bit. He texted. He put on one of his favorite outfits. "Goin' out." He told his mom as he passed by her. "Be home before dark." His mom responded simply. Lanh got onto his motorcycle, trying to keep a dorky smile from forming on his face. He had been busy since they moved to Riverside working to get his new baby bike. Now that it was summer and he had his bike, he finally had more free time.

Jasmine was laid out on her towel, her sunglasses over her eyes so that she was practically unrecognizable for today. She had closed her eyes even, not even realizing the reply she had got from her boyfriend saying he was on his way this very minute. She rested her eyes then, even if Lanh was on his way, the only thing that he could possibly recognize about her was her 'perfect body', he liked to call it. Till then though, the only thing Jasmine was thinking about was Lanh. And when they could possibly meet together again. She truly, really was worried.

Lanh pulled up to the beach parking lot, parked the bike, and began searching out for his girlfriend, the hand holding his helmet being used to block the sun. He instantly took off his jacket, tossing it into a cubby in the seat of the bike before locking that up too. He walked over to where she said she'd be, instantly recognizing her as he went over to the towel. Crouching beside her, he smiled, "Hey there gorgeous." He told her playfully.

Letting out a deep sigh, Jasmine remained her eyes shut, finding herself dazing about the last time she and Lanh had seen each other. And then, as if all her wishes had come true, she suddenly heard this familiar voice speak to her. She opened her eyes, and to her own surprise, there he was. Leaning over her just as gorgeous as he'll ever be. "Lanh?!" she shrieked, leaning upright to get a better look at him. She pushed up her sunglasses, making sure it wasn't just a mirage she was seeing. Nope. It was him, in the hard muscle-y flesh. "Oh my gosh!" she squealed again, throwing her arms around him in such excitement that she managed to knock him over in the sand with her on top of him. "I can't believe you're here!" she cried out, looking into his eyes for a moment before giving him that deep kiss she's been missing for too long now.

Lanh couldn't help but smile, happy to see his girlfriend after such a long time. "Hey..." He replied simply as he got knocked over, letting out a breath he didn't know he was holding onto as he let out a light laugh.

Jasmine let out a huge grin on her face as she lifted herself half way up, but still partly on top of him, her hands dug deep in the sand on each side of him. "I've missed you." she simply said, kissing him again. "I was worried something might of happened." she slowly started to admit then, "I, um..I don't really trust text messages as much as I trust real life situations." she let out a soft giggle.

Lanh raised his eyebrows, "Fair enough. It's easy to lie over text messages." He paused, his gaze drifting over to his bike. "Oh... There was one casualty..." He murmured, quickly pointing over to his new bike, hoping not to scare Jasmine too much.

Jasmine nodded in agreement to his statement. "Very much so." She agreed, glancing over to where he was pointing to, squinting her eyes some for the sun was in her eyes. Before you knew it then, her eyes quickly widened back up again with a small gasp. "Dios mío! (My god!)" she looked back down at Lanh below him, "You got a new bike? H-how? I mean, how did you afford it?" she gazed back at the bike again. "It looks expensive."

Lanh laughed, "It was. It's a freakin' Ducati. Almost 13 thousand dollars." He bragged, a proud smile on his face. He snuggled closer to Jasmine, "It's why I couldn't meet with you sooner. I'm sorry. I just... We got here, and on the way from the airport, I saw her." He explained, feeling a little sheepish now that he was saying it out loud.

Jasmine's eyes never reduced back to normal, especially when he told her the price out loud, making her eyes expand further. "Seriously? Damn." she cursed, can't helping but glancing over to the motorcycle once more before hearing the last bit of his comment. "Oh I see. So you're cheating on me with a motorcycle. That's nice." she said in a teasing way, ending with a smirk on her face.

Lanh laughed, shoving her playfully. "Hey now, don't hate. You're the only person I love." He told her, just as teasingly. "You two should learn to get along." He smirked, raising an eyebrow, "After all, I ride her often."

"Well, I sure hope so. It has been a while since we've actually seen each other you know." she added in another tease of hers, ending with a wink. After that playful wink however, Jasmine gave him that suspicious looking smirk from that last tease played on her. "Oh I bet you do, mister." she chuckled lightly, kissing him again. "But I guess I could give her a try and ride her with you. Who knows, it could end up being a wild ride."

"Of course it will be. It would be an expensive, wild ride." He said, not able to get over how much he spent on his motorcycle. He laid down next to the towel Jasmine had laid out earlier, pulling her down gently, letting her rest on top of him. He held onto her with one hand while the other went behind his head as a pillow against the sand. He placed a kiss on Jasmine's cheek. "Damn, I missed you..." He told her honestly, not able to help but smile at her.

Jasmine smiled and even giggled at that thought; before allowing him to get to a more comfortable spot beside her towel then, with her still resting on him. She placed her chin on his chest then, smiling deeper when he kissed her back. "I've missed you too." she smiled sweetly to him, returning the kiss back to him as she moved one of her hands up to his cheek, touching it lightly with a single stroke of her fingertips. "I missed everything about you. And I was scared."
