Polaris followed his line of sight and sighed when she saw what he was looking at. "Come on." She took his hand and pulled him up. "Let's get out of here before you do something stupid."

Breaking out of his trance, Shawn let Polaris pull him up, but immediately swiped his hand away, taking a half-step away from her. "Stupid?" he scoffed. "I think its a little too late for that, sweet cheeks." he said rather mockingly as he pulled out his fake ID out of his pocket opposite of where his lighter and cigarettes were. "Don' know about you. But I feel like hitting the bar." he finished, gripping hold of his ID on tightly in his hand, starting his way down to the bar, half-hoping Polaris would chase after him.

Polaris sighed and folded her arms. "I don't expect you think I have one of those do you?" She reached forward and pulled his shirt, bringing him back. "Come on, can't you go somewhere else?" She pulled her hair behind one ear, but let go of his shirt. "I'm not coming with you though. I don't even look old enough."

Shawn felt the pull Polaris gave stretch his shirt a little bit, and turned around with a scowl start to curl on his lips. "So? I snuck people into bars before. And even if you don't look old enough, just say that, oh I don't know, you have some kind of disability that makes your appearance look younger than normal or something." he explained, getting ready to head towards the bar again, before catching the look Polaris had on with her arms crossed. He gave a loud sigh and groaned, "Or, I guess we could go somewhere else, if it'll make you happy." he attempted to say, his words turning more into whines, rolling his eyes after.

Polaris shook her head and sighed. "Good. And you sound like a little kid." She grinned slightly. "Thanks for hesitating though." She smirked and turned around, heading some random way. "Coming?" She called over her shoulder, still walking.

Shawn took a couple looks going from the bar back to Polaris who seemed to have already started on her way. A part of him just wanted to ditch her, and head off in his own direction. But another part of him kept hesitating with numerous questions filling his head, desperate for answers. Should I really go with her? Is she worth my while? Who the hell does she think she is trying to run my life?
Finally, after a moments hesitation, he threw his head back groaning in frustration as he followed after her, dragging his feet like a little kid would after losing a fight with their mother. "Fuck my life." he muttered under his breath, as he caught up to her, his hands dug deep in his pockets and his eyes lowered to the ground.

Polaris grinned at him, chuckling lightly. "You really are a little kid trapped in an idiots body." She laughed, elbowing lightly.

Shawn gave her a hard glare, "Oh, shut up." he growled at her, cursing himself out under his breath as they walked out of the Entertainment District away from the bar. He looked up then, looking around as they kept walking aimlessly around town. "Where the hell are we going anyway?"

Polaris sighed. "No idea. Just walking around. I was hoping to cool you off, but that doesn't seem to be working. You're only nice whenever I get upset." Polaris rolled her eyes. "You're very hostile you know."

"Well you know, it kind of takes more than five minutes to try to cool me off." he told her, in an arguing tone, blinking his eyes once more trying to cool down himself; though he couldn't help but laugh at her next comment about her being upset when he's nice. "Yeah, that happens. And don't remind me. I get told that I'm so hostile and negative about any and everything around me. It gets so annoying." he rolled his eyes, while fighting the urge to just grab another cigarette to light no matter what Polaris does or say to him.

Polaris smirked slightly. "Well that makes sense. Since I'm always annoying you and what not." She laughed lightly. "You know, they do make pills for that. They're called Happy Pills. My Aunt takes them." Polaris laughed, remembering the time she found her aunt's happy pills. They said "Happy Pills. For the Angry and Troubled Only."

"Yes, I heard about them. Not like they can help me in my condition anyway." Shawn said, darkening the mood again, purposely. "They would probably be defective against me, anyway." he laughed again, loving how he kept bringing her cheerful ideas down in the gutter.

Polaris folded her arms and stopped. "Alright what's up with you?" She narrowedher eyes. "Ever since we met, you've been degrading, rude, frustrating, and a complete ass hole. I get you're a regular 'I hate everything, especially this chick in front of me' guy, but you could she a little more easiess. I'm not out to ruin your life, alright? I've been trying to prove that to you since back at the forest. Do you just have a problem with me, or are a a phsycotic fuck-tard?" Polaris had had it with his crap and was getting really annoyed with him pushing down everything she tried helping with.

Shawn stopped in his steps turning around to face Polaris, seeing as she had finally blown her top off with steam blowing out her ears. Till she was finished yelling at him, all he did that whole time was stand there with not much of a facial expression on his face for he had already heard this speech before. People calling him all those names, what they were just trying to do, etc. Honestly though, he couldn't help but act like that. He didn't exactly know why, but sometimes his cursing and actions sort of just slips out without notice. "You're really gonna play that card on me?" he scoffed, his hand reaching into his back pocket for a cigarette to light, placing it between his lips blowing out a light smoke. "It's not that I'm trying to act like such a dick, I just don't exactly know how to act around people, period. I know you realized how much of a people person I'm not, but after thinking it through, about how and why I've been acting like this for as long as I can remember, I think I finally figured out the reason for it all." he inhaled his rolled tobacco once more, puffing out the smoke while he simply answered, "my parents."

Polaris kept her arms folded. "Oh boo-hoo. Bad mommy and daddy." She walked up to him, poking his chest with her finger. "You know, you've got no one to blame for you attitude but yourself kid. The 'big-bad-guy' look is really ugly on people who play it wrong."
