Xander didn't have space to reply as Chelsea appeared with their food and disappeared once more. He raised both eyebrows as he saw the swarm of hungry people get booths and the attention of his girlfriend's best friend. He managed to mutter a soft thank you as he got distracted by the delicious aroma of their food. "Umm..." Xander's mouth began to water as he took a french fry and popped it into his mouth. "We can do that; I mean decide on the movie when we get there." He paused, seemingly lost in his thoughts before meeting her gaze and chuckling softly. "Don't make fun of me but this is probably the first time that I've ever been able to do these cliche date things. Not that I don't enjoy them, it's just new to me." He could feel his cheeks flushing scarlet as he busied himself with his food and prayed that Collins wouldn't tease him for it.

Collins was already into her burger when he started talking about cliche dates and she covered her mouth while she finished chewing, wanting to reply to him, but to over encumbered with food to reply quickly. At last she finished chewing her food and let her hand back down. "This is cliche?" She grinned. "I didn't really think about it that way. I don't suppose I've ever really been on a cliche date before either. Oooh." She held up her finger and plucked his straw from his milkshake and quickly sunk it into hers, pushing his milkshake away and positioning her own between them. "Now it's super cliche, sharing a milkshake." She took a sip of the milkshake and nodded her head to encourage him to do the same.
