Max saw the look on Shane's face and smiled lightly in return. "It's cool, your mom and my dad had already pulled some of their money together to give me and Nai for the groomsmen suits and bridesmaids dresses. Trust me, I wouldn't be able to pay for this either, I don't really have a job either. I do have a couple interviews coming up soon after this whole thing is over though." he grinned, looking back over to the suits, then the price tags. He grimaced at the number on the tag as well, but not as much as Shane had before. "Oh. This is the one I've been saving for." he said, holding up one of the suits to Shane.

"That's cool. I should probably get a job soon." Shane shrugged. "Have they? My mom hasn't said anything about it. Guess I haven't really asked though." He nodded at Max, moving to pick up another suit. "That's a nice one. Do you already have suit picked out for the groomsmen?"

"It would really help you know." Max told him, "especially when you wouldn't have to always annoy your mom by asking for money all the time." he chuckled, going over to pick up the suit that he had already picked out for the groomsmen; this one for Shane. "In fact, I have." he held up the suit. The only reason I haven't bought yours yet is because we still need to get you fitted for yours." he explained, leading him over to one of the tailors to help them with Shane's suit fitting.

"I don't annoy my mom for money." It was true, he hardly ever asked for money - he figured she had enough problems to deal with about him without him bugging her for money. How he got the money was a mystery to everyone though. "Oh, joy." Shane muttered, not too enthusiastically. He followed Max to the fitting area, sighing.

"Well, at least thats one thing she doesn't have to worry about from you." he joked with a light chuckle, leading him to the dressing room and handing him the suit to put on so they could start with the fitting. "It won't be that bad. Come on, now." he laughed, shoving Shane the rest of the way in the room to change.

"Alright alright, fine. Quit with the pushing." Shane grumbled. He went into the dressing room, pulling off his clothes to change into his suit. Once in, he glanced at himself in the mirror before pushing open the door. Luckily, the suit fit almost perfectly. It was a bit long for him and would need to be trimmed but other than that, it was a nice fit.

Max backed away from the door, and spoke with the tailor a little while the wait. A few minutes passed, and soon enough, Shane came walking out in the suit. "Not a bad fit." Max said, checking him out top to bottom. "Not bad at all." he repeated, motioning towards the stand where Shane would be standing while being fitted. "Just a little trim, and you're good." he grinned, satisfied.

Shane sulked over to the stand, straightening only when the tailor snapped at him. "Then we're done?" He asked, only to frown as he remembered something. "Oh wait, we still need to get Ari something for her birthday." Not done yet then, it seemed. At least he wouldn't have to try on any more suits. Sure this was the first one but Shane was the type of person who just bought whatever looked like it fit without bothering to try it on.

Max chuckled at his lack of enthusiastic-ness. "Not your thing, is it? Spending most of the day at the mall, getting suits fitted and looking for presents for a baby girl." he half grinned, watching as the tailor gave them the sign that they were finally finished. "Well, lucky for you, finding Ari a birthday present is the last thing we have left. Then you get to head back home and do whatever it was you were doing before you left to my place."

"Sleeping?" Shane chuckled, going back into the dressing room and stripping himself of the suit. Once he had his clothes back on, he carried the suit out to the tailor and made his way back to Max. "I wasn't really doing anything. Debated on setting something on fire."

"You mean again?" Max joked once he came back out with his regular clothes. "Dude, I swear. One of these days you're going to set the whole town on fire." he laughed out, leading him out of the store and onto the toy store for Arielle's birthday present.

"I'm a pyro, I can't help it." Shane said, slipping his hand into his pocket to finger his lighter. "And I know how to control it. I'm not gonna burn down the town." He rolled his eyes as he followed Max to the toy store, looking around once they got inside.

"I hope you know how." Max sighed, looking around the store for a bit before returning his gaze back to Shane, noticing that his hand was in his pocket where his lighter normally was. "I mean, unless there's someone who also has a love for fire, you're probably going to scare all the ladies away." he smirked, only half joking at that one and began looking around the store once more, looking for the baby toys aisle.

Shane didn't answer to his first statement, but he grew a bit irritated by the second one. He didn't know why, Naomi teased him about girls all the time and it never bothered him. "I don't need a lady." He grumbled mostly under his breath, walking a bit ahead towards the toys.

Max heard Shane mumble something, but it was too soft for him to actually hear clearly. From the sound of the tone he was making though, he sounded irritated. Max didn't want this guy's day with Shane end with a fight or anything, so he simply dropped the subject and proceded beside him towards the toys, picking up one that caught his eye. "Ohh, this is cute. I'm sure Ari would be all over this."
